We've been visiting the Seagull Inn B&B off and on for many years now. We fell in love with the setting, the ambience, and the fantastic inn-keepers, Skip and Ruth Sigler, who bring cheer even to a sad occasion or a miserable day (like yesterday, when we left). Not wanting to feel "in a rut," we have tried out lots... More

My girlfriend and I stayed one night in the Library Room - very cozy and well-appointed (sherry with glasses, chocolate, snacks). Skip and Ruth truly are very open and welcoming. The conversation flowed easily across a wide array of topics. Additionally, the location is scenic and lovely. Can't imagine a better place to stay in Marblehead. More

My girlfriend and I spent New Year's weekend at the Seagull Inn and had a fabulous time. We both grew up nearby and were very excited to return "home" for a change pace from New York City. The Seagull Inn was the best decision we made. Ruth and Skip welcomed us into their home with grace and enthusiasm. We truly... More

My husband, our granddaughter and I stayed for three nights at the Seagull Inn during her 'grandparents' trip in August, 2011. We were extremely pleased with our choice! Our hosts, Skip and Ruth, could not have been more helpful in assisting us with information and directions to points of interest in Marblehead, Salem, and the entire Boston area, as well... More

Our weekend in the Boston area could not have been better as wonderful if not for our choice of the Seagull Inn. The Innkeepers Ruth and Skip could not have been more friendly and helpful in our explorations and navigation in the area. As innkeepers ourself, be assured that your every need will be anticipated. Highly recommend a restful stay... More

We really enjoyed our two nights stay and the location is perfect for exploring Marblehead and Salem so long as one has a car. We stayed in the Library Room which was cosy and comfortable and the breakfasts were ample and set us up for each day. Ruth and Skip are delightful hosts. We would stay again without hesitation were... More

Skip and Ruth were such warm and generous hosts at this cozy B&B located on Marblehead Neck. Our room was so lovely, and stocked with a snack basket, sodas, juices and even chocolates, sherry, and umbrellas in the closet "just in case"-- it is MA, after all. :) As soon as we entered we were offered a beer or a... I hesitate writing such a positive review, because I don't want this inn to be so booked up that I can't get a room next year!! ( : I cannot say enough good things about the Seagull Inn - it was an absolutely perfect location; the hosts are gracious, entertaining, genuine and so knowledgeable about the area; the breakfast is...
