stayed for two nights at the end of our thanksgiving trip to boston and new york, picked the hotel because it was near to my daughters college in norton and we were only filling in the last two days of trip, the hotel is a typical off motorway hotel, cheap carpets and furniture, towels were well worn. we spent very... more

Paid way too much money for a room with NO amenities. No coffee pot, no hair dryer, no iron. NO FREE wi-fi. At 9am, house cleanin was VERY agressively banging on room doors on the floor. SCREAMING "HOUSE KEEPING....HOUSE KEEPING!" BANG BANG BANG over and over again. I called front desk asking when check out was, they confirmed noon. I... more

I traveled to this hotel because i was visiting family. I wasn't to sure of the experience i was going to have because this hotel was so inexpensive. None the less i was going to stay there. To my surprise the experience was great. All of the staff was extremely friendly and the service was awesome. I stayed in a... more

People put too much into thinking a hotel room is a home, Our room was clean, king size bed, computer desk, shower didnt drain well, was a hotel room, about 100 bucks a night, towels were cheap hotel stuff, coffee in the lobby was a instant machine. Was difficult to find not well marked on main road, not a problem... more

This was my first time staying at the red roof inn and I didn't expect it to be a great hotel because the rates were so inexpensive, but it was great. the room was clean, I had a smoking room, which I didn't know existed anymore, and it didn't even smell like cigaretts. The staff was really friendly over the... more

I have stayed at this hotel prior to the upgrades and was pleasantly surprised at this stay. The King room was both spacious and clean. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful and the housekeeping staff was efficient and friendly. It is located about a mile from my business visit so the location was perfect. There are several... more

I took my wife to see Billy Joel and Elton John at the Gillette Stadium - this is one of a number of motels nearby, and we chose it based on price and location (it was $120 for the night including taxes - I imagine it's a lot cheaper when there's no concert or game on). Yes it was basic,... more

Months before a special weekend event in mid-April, I made a reservation for this motel, where my wife and I had stayed in a previous year; the location is very convenient. Red Roof instead apparently booked us for those dates in mid-March, charged us for not showing up on those wrong dates (which we only discovered when our credit card... more

We have stayed here a few times a year for several years because they will accept pets at no extra charge. Now that they are renovating, it is much cleaner and nicer. They still need to fix a few things but overall, it is a good value if you just need a place to sleep. The staff is always very... more
