Good points: massive rooms, we randomly had 3 double beds in our room! Bath in bathroom, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, plenty of tv channels, breakfast included and cheap. I think the other reviews are harsh from what I saw, the rooms were very clean I had no complaints about that. Also free wireless. Bad points: I dont know how the website... more

My family and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. My friends have always had good experiences with Econo lodges in the past so when we came across it we decided to stop by. It wasn't the greatest place to stay but well worth the money. It had all the necessities. Not to far from Revere Beach or... more

I was looking for a cheap place to stay at in Boston, and found the Econo Lodge, but in the end the cab rides to and fro the city centre made it as expensive as staying in the city centre. I was staying with 3 other girls and we got a very large room to ourselves (one bed was even... more

I went to Boston for a 3 day weekend with a friend and let her choose the hotel... big mistake. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and I thought the driver was lost because we kept driving and driving... the hotel was at least a 30 minute ride. I had thought we were staying closer to... more

I stayed there for one night. I had to find a cheap hotel since Boston downtown hotels are really expensive. This one seemed a good choice with being only half an hour outside of business district and having free parking. Be aware that a hotel that cheap in Boston area is going to be really cheap in service as well.... more

I usually don't complain about the accommodations that I stay in because I could weigh the pros and cons objectively, but this hotel isn't worth $79 per night.... Just to point out a few that I've noticed while I stayed; - The room was moldy and it stinks badly, and it was really dark... (I thought some of lamps were... more

Needed a room at the last minute and tried 5 other hotels that were booked . Came across this one as it was the only with with availability. It's old and not kept up well. The room was smelly and the door did not lock properly. There is no hairdryer, ironing board or toilietries to speak of. The bed was... more

It was an emergency and this was the closest hotel. While they did have a handicapped accessible room it smelled so horrible that we went out and purchased fabreeze and lysol only a half hour after checking in. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke and the smell tainted our clothes and luggage. This whole experience was just awful and... more

This hotel is worse than anything I could have imagined. When we first arrived we were a little anxious about the sketchy neighborhood the hotel is located in. Check in was smooth but when we got to our rooms we were overwhelmed by the rank smell of cat urine. Our friends room also reeked of cat pee, the bathroom door... more
