I stayed at the Lyttleton Inn in early August to attend a meeting in Westford. This was my first time at the inn. I arrived on Sunday evening and Mary, the innkeeper, was there to welcome me. I loved breakfast every morning, when Mary offered nice options; she prepared a different kind of oatmeal each day, which I really enjoyed.... more

After an extended stay at the Inn, I can only say that it was a pleasure and everything was better than the website described. The Inn was great and the location was convenient to several Revolutionary War sites. Boston was not that far , but there was enough to do in the area that I was as busy as I... more

There are two reasons to stay at a B&B - the Bed...and the Breakfast - this place is the best of both. The beautifully restored home with tasteful decor makes you feel as if you stepped in to the times of Walden, Thoreau, Austin - but with modern amenties. We stayed in the Naturalist room - warm colors, plenty of... more

I work for a small company with a main office in the region - for my collegues and myself that work at other locations, we have found the Lyttleton Inn to be the best acoomodations in the region, bar none. Compared with the major chains in the area, the price is better, the rooms and the premises have character and,... more

The owner of this B & B will make your stay relaxing, enjoyable and fun. She prepares a great homemade breakfast molded to your eating interests: omlets, crepes, scones etc. and she will help you find hikes, attractions and trips in the area. The rooms are attractive and clean and the NY Times and Boston Globe were available every day.... more

I arrived at the Lyttleton Inn after a harrowing drive in snow and ice from Boston. My nerves were frazzled and I was exhausted. As soon as Mary met us at the front door, I knew we were in the right place! The Inn is warm and inviting. The rooms are comfortable and it was great to sit on a... more

My girlfriend and I were traveling from Connecticut to Maine for Christmas when a large snowstorm hit New England. Havinh grown up in the northeast, I thought it was definitely something we could drive through. We were wrong! Having to pull off the highway, we Googled hotels in Littleton and found the Inn. It ended up being one of the... more

My elderly father came for our son's high school graduation and, since we have no guest room, he stayed at the Lyttleton Inn. It was a marvelous choice. Dad had his own room with bath, and a place he could retreat to when graduation festivities became too much. The Inn is a 19th century home transformed by previous owners into... more

Well the restoration has been completed for a while now and everything looks wonderful. The feel of a Country/Victorian Manor abounds in every small detail - just the right amount to make you feel comfortable without being 'cluttered'. Mary was a great host - enough conversation to make you feel welcome, but then 'retreated' to give me time to wind... more

The Lyttleton Inn is a gem, clean, comfortablle, quite, good free WiFi connection, great breakfast, and best of all there is no TV blaring at you. Only interesting conversation with the other guests. The hosts Mary and Tom Dugan are a delight. Highly recommended! Dave Wright more
