We travel to this area for dog competitions a few times a year, and whenever possible I stay at the element. I've even stayed here when it was a 45 minute trip to the venue, rather than a number of chain hotels closer. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, tasteful and well-designed. Bathrooms are gorgeous with rainfall showerheads and shampoo/bodywash... More

I had a wonderful experience at Element. The rooms were an excellent size and value for the price...very comfy king size bed with down comforter, kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, sitting area with couch...it really did feel more like home than a hotel. The architecture was very modern and stylish (think "Ikea") and the rooms were kept impeccably clean. As... More

I was impressed with this Element. It's the first Element built, but it's in like new condition. For Elements, I find the regular sized rooms are too small, the studios are good, and the largest one bedroom suites are amazing. For this stay, I was in a studio. Housekeeping was tops. Westin bed/linens amazing as expected. Having a kitchenette and... More

Thinking Element would be a great brand from Starwood but I was severely disappointed if this hotel is anything to go by. Check in was pretty awful with staff who simply don't care. The room we were given was on the ground floor closest to the Gym and Lobby area. I'd specifically asked in my reservation for a quiet room... More

My husband and son stayed at the hotel for the Needham College Showcase this past weekend. It was very clean, their room was amazing. Roomy and comfortable. I now have to redo my bathroom to include the same type of shower. It was a hit!!! The breakfast in the mornings was a big hit. Hot breakfast included with the cost... More

I occasionally travel to Lexington for work, and had previously stayed either in Boston, Woburn, or at the Aloft across the parking lot (as Element had previously been booked or the rate I needed unavailable). I stayed there for the first time recently and discovered what I was missing out on. There is a LOT I loved about this hotel,... More

The two nights we stayed there, apparently the hotel was filled with high school kids. We stayed on the second floor and it sound like there was the running of the bulls the entire night. Our baby was awakened every other hour and it made our stay misereable. We addressed it to the staff and they said they would mention... More

Clean, friendly, complimentary snacks and wine and breakfast and did I say clean? We loved it here. We stayed on both ends of a trip to Europe and wish we had stayed another day just to enjoy the room.

I've stayed here before and found the same great features again during this visit. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfasts were great. The service was wonderful. Even though the hotel was full, we found nothing lacking in terms of service or comforts.

Booked a handicapped accessible room. The room was anything but. Would appear that this chain has no understanding of the guidelines of the American with Disabilities Act. The reason why I say nobody cares, when I received an e-mail asking to fill our an online survey, I did so, I pointed out all the shortcomings and no one from this... More
