Loved this hotel, from the clean lines and the layout of the room complete w efficiency kitchen, terrific breakfast, and attentive staff. Unfortunately my mattress had never been turned and one side sloped toward the floor. The bathroom was stylish with a rain shower head. I would recommend this hotel particularly for those Eco-conscious.

We took our boys to see the sights of Boston and stay outside of the city in Lexingon. Beautiful location! This was our first time at an Element Hotel. Perfect for teens. Modern, clean, room for everything. Full kitchen, necessary for growing boys who eat constantly. Happy hour in lobby with snacks, drinks etc. Great pool. Very impressed. We just... More

It's the first time we stayed in Element brand by Westin. It's a green hotel, LEED approved. It's a modern hotel, very clean. Rooms have no carpet, they can keep the floor very clean. We took deluxe room for two, deco was great for our room, likewise for the gym, pool, main entrance and breakfast area. The breakfast was also... More

We loved this hotel. Great food (snacks and breakfast) and the staff was absolutely top notch. Huge rooms and many have a full kitchen. We met friends with small kids and the hotel was perfect for us.

Having family in Concord, this is very close to where we had to travel each day (for three days). The room was nice, the comforter cover had a few nicks and stains on it, but not enough where it bothered me. The heat/ac was a little sporadic, but that is normal at any hotel. The breakfast was wonderful! Even though... More

Our family of 4, 2 parents and 2 teens, stayed here for two nights just before Christmas. We were in Lexington to visit family, Although close to the highway the hotel is a bit tricky to find. The room was comfortable, although we could have used more closet space rather than a full size kitchen. We had 2 queen beds... More

We had great experience when we stayed in this hotel two years ago so we chose to stay there again this time. However the experience was not nearly as good at all. We reserved and paid for a two-bed room for our family of four. When we arrived late at night, we were told that there was only a room... More

I had a pleasant stay at Element Lexington during Christmas week, 2014. Most outstanding feature of this hotel was the quality of the bed - the only bed I've slept on away from home that I'd have to say would be an upgrade from my own, pillow top Stearns & Foster queen. They provide a trademarked mattress called "Heavenly Bed'... More

My husband and I stayed here on Christmas Eve. Typically we stick with Four Points properties or Westin, but we wanted to try something different and I'm glad we did! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and it really came in handy. The place just flows nicely, making for a very comfortable stay. The showerheads... More

Nice quaint boutique style hotel. Excellent service. Friendly personnel. Had minor problems in bathroom that were taken care of immediately. Very good breakfasts. Easy access from major highway and close enough to downtown Boston without the hustle-bustle.
