We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times in the last few years and every time we have found the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. When we were here over the Christmas week, we had some friends and family visit us at the hotel. We brought in lunch and were able to hang out in the main lobby... More

This has become our only place to stay when we visit Boston. We tried the Aloft across the lot, but this just fit our family better. Rooms are spacious and well designed and maintained from what we could see. We tend to clean everything ourselves when we get to any hotel as an extra safety layer, but things always appear... More

We booked two rooms for New Years Eve: one for our family of four (two kids, 12 and 9) and one for our friend's family (two kids, both 11). We had some ups and downs during our stay here. The first "down" was that we had to wait an hour and 45 minutes to check into our room because it... More

The hotel had a great feel to it. The rooms were clean and there was a kitchenette in the room. The bathrooms were nice and modern. Breakfast was included in our stay and that was a nice treat. The staff was very friendly. My kids loved the small pool, it was very hot. I would stay here again. More

this is what the lady who answered the phone told me: "you cannot request any preferences because you went through a third party. we can only take care of the people who call us and reserve through us! it's if we can't even see your reservation. we won't even guarantee that you will be staying with us at the hotel... We come here a couple times of year and use it as our base to visit Lexington, Boston, and NH. Staff is nice, rooms are good, nice to have a kitchen to save on meals. Breakfast is basic, but ok for quick bite. They have bicycles to borrow, a map would have been helpful, tho. Enjoyed free internet and was able... More

We stayed at the Element in Lexington this past September when we needed to take a pitstop on our road trip from Maine to NYC. The location was great - right off the highway yet you can't see or hear the highway. It was great for traveling with our toddler. We were able to get a reasonable one bedroom suite... More

We used to live in the area before moving back to the UK. We use this as a base when we return to visit friends. The kids love the pool. The buffet breakfast is great even although the choice is pretty limited. The evening is agian small but the free beer and wine is great. Can particularly recommend the organic... More

This was our first visit to an Element hotel and won't be our last. This green concept hotel is so functional without making you feel like you've sacrified on the creature comforts. We found the front desk and breakfast staff to be attentive and friendly. The furniture in our room was so nicely arranged and promoted comfort and rest. Common... More
