This was our first visit to the Berkshires, and we had an amazing weekend. The is friendly, helpful and available. Check in and out was seamless, and our few needs/requests were dealt with promptly and courteously. Our room (in the Southern Bldg) was small, but very comfortable and worked well for us for the time we were there. Updated (far... More

We stayed in the South side- right from the 1950's. The small rooms and bathroom were just adequate, but clean and in repair. Try to shave at the catty-corner sink with the mirror on the right wall... The newer North section is more desirable. The breakfast during the week only includes hard-boiled eggs for protein and no mayonnaise. The exercise... More

I have stayed at a couple of other chain hotel/motels in Lenox and Yankee Inn is far superior. It isn't exactly the charming in the hotel website leads guests to believe but it is spacious and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly welcoming and it is a very quick drive into the center of Lenox. The breakfast is decent and plentiful.... More

The facility is older and the rooms reflect some of their age. However, the rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable. Mini-fridges in the rooms are great to hold the water, wine and foods needed for the picnic meals at Tanglewood and Jacob's Pillow! Sunday morning the included continental breakfast offered omelets to order; an unexpected treat! The breakfast... More

Stayed here once during late fall and was a little disappointed with the room. Bed not great, a little smelly but price was right. Gave it another shot this past July and was very pleased with their new bedding, and upgraded linens and toiletries. Room was on the first floor of the main building which felt more hotel like then... More

My husband and I needed a room with two beds in Lenox as we were being joined by our son. The quaint and charming inns either were booked, wouldn't have such a room, or would be extremely expensive. So I started looking at the motel-style options in Lenox and read about the Yankee Inn. What appealed to me was the... More

From the outside the Yankee Inn looks like your typical highway motel. That's where the similarity ends. First and foremost, the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The premises are spotless, from the grounds to the guest rooms. While the rooms are average in decor, the beds are very comfortable, there is a flat screen TV, armoire, upholstered chair as... More

After staying in an airbnb and a 'quaint' motel in Williamstown, it was a relief to stay in a motel that was up-to-date (this is the section to the right of the reception area as you face the reception area from the outside), well-equipped with outlets, good wifi, and a desk, and quiet (despite being on a major road). The... More

We travelled from NJ to see a family member perform at a local theater in nearby Pittsfield MA. Since Pittsfield was rather boring and unremarkable we stayed in Lenox which is a very pretty town and only a few miles away. The more well-known B&B's were extremely pricey and so we settled for the more affordable Yankee Inn. For the... More

Visit the Berkshires each summer for camp visiting day. Normerly stay at Hampton Inn but at last minute stayed at Yankee Inn. Very clean, excellent service a small lounge for a drink after a long day was welcome. Free hot breakfast on the weekend. We will stay here in the future.
