Everything you want in winter Lenox including pretty good heating. Rooms are the usual combination of old furniture and chintz that seems so much in style in Lenox you would think there was a law mandating it. Staff friendly. Fluffy towels and clean. Breakfast is the meal to eat. Dinner was a disappointment. Why go to Lenox in the winter?... More

30 friends and I spent last weekend at the Village Inn to celebrate some milestone birthdays and the service/hospitality could not have been better. Plenty of food for breakfast and numerous choices, lovely rooms, and a fabulous dinner party in their restaurant. The dinner food and cocktail hour/hor'douvres the chef had arranged with me were especially terrific and great value.... More

We've stayed at the Village Inn on three occasions and will do so again on our next visit to the Berkshires. The Inn is perfectly located in the heart of the Village with an easy walk to shops and restaurants and a long walk or short drive to Tanglewood. Their rates are very resonable compared to other area inns, it... More

We had a suite booked but when we saw it!! Found out we were sharing with another couple across the hall with communal sitting room! Also it was above the bar and club so asked for another room over the front. They found us one but you could hardly move it was so small, the bathroom held museum pieces and... More

This Bed & Breakfast has everything you are looking for in a romantic getaway. The facility is clean and well decorated, the staff is very friendly and personable and it has the charm you would look for in a B&B. The Tavern "Rumpy's" that's connected brings the differentiator to this B&B. The atmosphere is fabulous, drinks are delicious & once... More

We stayed here on the opening night of the Tanglewood season. Granted, we had booked one of their "smaller" rooms. Let's just say it was so small that we had to move the chair out into the hallway so we could fit our suitcase in. Also, the room was directly over the entrance to the pub and since there was... Village Inn Lenox This was our third stay, so it may come as a surprise that I do not give this inn high marks. If there were another inn vacant or not requiring a 3 night stay we would book elsewhere, but this inn is right in the heart of Lenox, always has rooms and the location is really what... More

The room we chose was their 2nd tier because it had a "spa" bath tub. My husband and I paid $261 for one night ( a Thursday) plus tax, so it was nearer $300 The bed was a king, but the room was tiny. There were two armchairs, a drawer unit and a giant TV unit, so there was absolutely... More

We spend a lovely weekend in Lenox seeing the BSO at Tanglewood amongst other things and we stayed at the Village Inn. Excellent location and good service. However, the value at $250 per night in peak season is questionable. Pros: Location, location, location. Big parking lot on-site Friendly service Great breakfast Cons: Rooms are tired, in desperate need of renovation... More

This place is great value and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I stayed here on a trip with my mother and we found the people at the front desk to be charming and welcoming. We actually went down to the bar and did the trivia night which was surprisingly fun. We are having a wedding nearby and the Village... More
