I wish that I would have read some reviews before staying here. The front office smelled horrible and the staff barely spoke English. The room itself was even worse: several doors looked like they had been bashed in multiple times, furniture was worn-down, the microwave did not work (upon unplugging it from the broken socket sparks came out), there was... This is the kind of place if it were not in a nice town such as Lenox you would sleep with one eye open. All of the negative reviews here are correct. We stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend because it was the only room I could get. English barely spoken, room smelled like urine, the lobby smelled... More

Rude, indignant front desk staff. The English language is not spoken here. Charged my credit card before I even arrived. Claimed they could not issue a receipt because I booked through Wyndham Rewards website. All you get is a confirmation when you book through Wyndham which is normal. You do not get a receipt until you check out of the... More

This place is pretty sad and needs a lot of help. The room smells funky, the A C is barely working , the door locks don't work properly so we can't even get in and out with out help. The shower floor is spongy and has water underneath it...that thought just grosses me out. No one here speaks proper English... More

I have stayed in hotels, motels, guest houses and bed&breakfasts all over the world, including South-East Asia. None of these have reached the depths of staff indifference that I experienced at the Knight's Inn. More of that in a minute. The place is an absolute dump that needs the loving touch of a bulldozer. Many, if not all of the... More

This is a very old, worn motel with outdated furniture, rugs, doors, and bathrooms. Although clean, the bed was most uncomfortable and the sheets threadbare. We booked on-line a queen room for two nights. When we arrived the young man was perplexed because he couldn't figure out which room to give us. Finally he gave us the keys to Room... More

Yes, the furnishings are old and outdated, and the mattresses are a bit knackered, but the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is very accommodating. We are traveling with our dog and we really appreciate that this is one of the few hotels in the Berkshires that allow pets, thank you! Excellent value for the price.

The best feature is that Knights Inn is dog friendly something quite rare in motels in that area We also needed 1 night stay during the hight of the season and they accommodated that. Clean room and sheets. Relatively unattractive and in need of repairs and refurbishment. But wholly adequate for what we needed. They offer a continental breakfast which... More

This is an older property (keys are the old-fashioned metal type!) located on a busy highway. My room was small but clean and nicely furnished. By bedtime the traffic had let up; it didn't bother me and I slept well. Bathroom complaints: There was no grab-bar in the shower and the hot water, although OK for showers, was not hot... More
