Very clean, comfortable beds. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. You are near a major highway so there is some traffic noise but not so that it interferes with sleep. Centrally located to many stores and restaurants. Very good value for the price.

The idiot running the motel at the time , didnt have a clue how to look up reservations that were made two weeks in advance......The manager was not there once and the staff would not give out his number,.....We were made to pay TWICE because they OVER BOOKED ! Comfortable beds, good sized room, friendly staff. Bathroom rather dated but clean, no plug for the sink yet again (definately a US thing!). The Knights Inn is centrally located and has a great autumn view of the Berkshire Hills. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is excellent for the price. It is obvious the owners take pride in their inn. The location is quiet and nice. I recommend this motel and will be using it again.

This is a reasonably priced motel that is very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly and attended to all of our needs. Many TV channels to choose from. Restaurants and supermarkets close by.

We booked this hotel in desperation, needing a place to stay while travelling with our cats. Stayed here for a concert at Tanglewood. I have stayed at many of the motels in the area and this motel is at the bottom of my list...dirty bathroom!

Our family spent a weekend at the Knights Inn in Lenox, MA in April 2012. The couple that runs the place were absolutely wonderful. They were very accommodating and pleasant. The room was average for older style property. The cost was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
