We stayed a weekend and loved it. Not far from Williamstown Museums, don't miss the Clark Museum and MOCA was well to say anything, was different....and Bershire Musuem. The upstairs bedroom, bathroom and sitting area were very nice.We had the 2 bedroom and it was beautiful. The master bath is not attached to the bedroom, but still private as the... More

For a timeshare resort this one has held up nicely. Our 2 bedroom unit was very comfortable. This is what we were looking for - a clean, centrally located place to explore the Berkshires. My wife met several owners who own at least two weeks. they raved about their ownership experience., I cannot do the same for my home resort.... More

Beautiful location, great views, good for solitude and relaxation. However, units are old and while they are well kept, they are not particularly comfortable. No central heating or air conditioning. There are separate, hotel type heating/air conditioning units in each room. Living area in the 2 bedroom unit was very small, just a love seat and chair was all that... More

We had a timeshare at the Ponds for many years, it was particularly beautiful back several years ago. The Estate home used to have a very good restaurant and the Stable was active with riding and lessons. The view of October mountain is spectacular. Now for the important stuff, the walls are thin and if you are in the Westinghouse... More

Lovely, convenient setting near Tanglewood and Lenox restaurants. Units surround pleasant pond. One bedroom unit was small particularly in living room/sitting area. Small kitchen minimally equipped. Bathroom was old, worn, banged up. Full wall mirror in need of repair. Moldings at floor/wall interfaces in need of replacement. No window in BR and exhaust fan did not work. They were not... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ponds. The setting is breath-takingly beautiful, peaceful, historic – and, quiet. The pine-tree lined drive into The Ponds is magnificent with a history that dates back into the late 1800s. For folks from the Midwest, it is a special treat to be nestled in the Berkshire hills with the opportunity to easily visit... More

My wife and I love the Ponds. It has a terrific location in the heart of the Berkshires with many significant attractions nearby. The units were well designed, the grounds are strikingly beautiful (love those "ponds") and generally well maintained (although they could be weeded better). The lounge is the clubhouse is striking. The units are fairly spacious and reasonably... More

...is a comment made by one of our 40-something visitors after examining the unit; I didn’t disagree with his assessment. As many other reviewers, we exchanged out timeshare week at this property. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the grounds beautifully maintained. The location is great if one is looking for a relaxing vacation, possibly with a few... More

I read the other reviews. I guess it all depends on what type of lodging you are used too. We traded our beautiful timeshare in Kauai and were given a dated, first floor unit. Way below our standards. We had the same issues of having a family of 6 (4 kids) who ran around, stomped, slammed doors, put their kayak... More

We stayed at The Ponds for a week at the end of March. I was apprehensive as I had read many negative reviews so can say that it was better than I had expected. Yes, the bathroom and kitchen in our unit were dated, the faucet in the kitchen required some serious muscle to operate but the bed was comfortable,... More
