Great place to be and good value. Friendly staff. Clean and good size room. Convenient location to surrounding attractions. Restaurant at premise. Good and fresh cook food. Serving late night snacks and nice lounge to relax. We had a good and enjoyable time during our stay there. Will sure to be back again soon. keep it up Econo Lodge!!!!

I stayed at the Econo Lodge in Lenox Mass, 130 Pittsfield Rd. , Lenox, MA, US, 01240, Phone: (413) 637-4244 just south of The Yankee and Howard Johnson's, for one night and it was a disaster. I am a doctor and recognized the day after I checked out I had itchy bumps all over my body. I was diagnosed by... More

These complain is not genuine. After he maid complain about scabies from the bed and ask for full refund, we called health department and asked them to inspect our property. After inspection health department gave us ok certificate because they inspected so many rooms and did not find any evidence of scabies. If anybody would like to have copy of... More

I love reading reviews about this place. I have no idea what the other reviewers' expectations are prior to arrival. It's an ECONOLODGE. What part of that don't they understand? If you want first class amenities, here's a suprise for you: YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM. The Econolodge is EXACTLY what it's billed as: a clean, inexpensive, convenient place... More

the motel is a website this misleads you to think this is a well kept property. The room was fairly clean but the stained fabric chairs grossed me out. Old donuts were offered for breakfast. I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here because every other hotel in a 50 mile radius (or so it seemed) was booked with all the Tanglewood etc. visitors for a late summer weekend. It is what it is, an econo lodge with paper thin walls, a REALLY lumpy mattress and indoor/outdoor carpeting. But it served as well - it just wasn't pleasant to come back... More

Staff very friendly; grounds well-landscaped and maintained. Although we didn't participate, Karaoke and Hottie Tottie (dancing) were activities going on the weekend we stayed. Flavors restaurant was ok. I'd recommend the Tom Yum soup, but avoid the iced-tea (instant). In fact, anywhere you go in the area be sure to ask if tea is brewed or instant! Did have a... More

I was a victim of identity theft thanks to totally unsafe internet access at this motel. They must have installed a cheap consumer wireless router because all users are visible to each other once you connect. Anyone connected to this wireless service can see and access anyone else's files and personal information. Beware. They will not reimburse you for the... More

Check-in was slow for the people in front of us, but for me it was very fast. I saw the mixed reviews below and wasn't sure what to expect, but the room was very clean, as was the rest of the motel. I basically only stayed there to sleep, but it was located at a great location to everything I... More

Found this motel via an internet search and was happy with the rate and the location. Later some of the negative reviews were pointed out to me so I had some consternation. The room was fine. Our only complaint was that the bed was made poorly, with bottom sheet only reaching the top edge of the mattresss while three feet... More

We were in the neighborhood looking for Indian Cuisine and Found the Taj Palace and went in. It was friday night and they were not busy, but we really enjoyed the food. If you like Indian, I feel you will be pleasantly surprised.
