The Cliffwood Inn was such a beautiful place to stay. They provided many different places for you to enjoy on and off the property. The pool was very well maintained outside and they offer an indoor swim against current pool with heat. Rooms are in great condition and kept exceptionally clean. We stayed at the Cliffwood Inn. It's a lovely old mansion really. Considering what we paid for our room and considering how careful we were not to violate any of the many "rules", I don't believe we were treated well at all by the owners, Joy and Scottie Farelly. The outside of the inn looks beautiful. The innkeepers are a bit odd. They are not the most hospitable people ever. The room was okay, but the comforter had a stain on it. Our room was very nice. It was large, had a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. There was no real cross-ventilation, but it stayed reasonably cool, with a ceiling fan and a functional AC.
