Booked one Saturday night for a last minute trip to Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. King "suite" 234 is huge (but one giant room and dressing alcove): sofa; desk; bed; area with mini-fridge, microwave, etc; large alcove with dressing area and separate room for shower and toilet (that room is small by comparison to size of rest). Would be plenty of... more

My wife and I spent the night here during a recent trip to the Berkshires. We really liked this place. We had a king suite, which was very roomy, and we had a nice view of some neighboring green space. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is set back quite a bit from the road, which makes it quiet.... more

The hotel is relatively new, and the room we had (2 Queens) was spotless, quiet and comfortable, if a touch small for the money we paid (about $160 plus tax for a weekend night). The bathroom was adequate, with a decent shower and reasonably spacious vanity. Internet connection was free. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The location, while... more

Family came to visit, including with kiddies under 5. After doing research on TA and making a few calls, I realized that many bed and breakfasts, boutique style hotels and vacation rentals do not allow children under 12. So, a chain was our best alternative and so happy we found this via TA reviews! It's at a very convenient location,... more

We just got back from a two day trip in the Berkshires. We stayed one night at the Hampton in Lenox. When traveling up Rt. 7 towards the hotel, I was a little dissappointed to see most hotels located right on the highway - not very scenic. I liked that when we saw the sign for the Hampton, we noticed... more

My wife and I stayed in the Lenox Hampton Inn based on reviews in TripAdvisor. We stayed in this location so we could be located in close proximity to Jiminy Peak. Our goal was to enjoy a convenient no-frills weekend of skiing. The Inn is about 15 miles away from Jiminy Peak. The hotel is clean and the rooms are... more

We went with another couple ( 4 adults and 4 kids ages 4-8) and stayed 4 nights. New, clean, and very nice staff. We stayed in a Studio sweet. Now I don't really think a studio should ever be called a sweet, however we did not catch this when we booked (our bad). We had stayed in other Hamptons where... more

Love this hotel. The two person whirlpool was just what the doctor ordered to get rid of the winter blues. My husband and I only went for a quick overnight and for 169 dollars a night I would definately stay there again! Great place to stay but like other reviews there were alot of kids. more

Booked a king suite for a long weekend and there are two reasons that I gave this hotel a 4 instead of a 5. The pool is quite small so if there are a lot of families, it's quite busy. The AM breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and while they did their best to provide a variety,... more

This is a nice Hampton Inn. It's new and clean. It is close to many different activities and restaurants. If you are traveling with kids, this is a good choice. more
