My wife and I checked in late on a Tuesday evening. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There were only a few cars in the entire parking lot. We left early the next morning and an hour out from the hotel realized we had not taken from the room my wife's special neck pillow. She had just had... More

A decent motel with very friendly welcoming staff. Decor isn't modern but everything was clean and pleasant. A good value motel if you like us are saving money on accommodation on a long trip. We didn't use the pool but it looked in good condition.

This was our first stop on a cross-country trip in our 1973 MGB. We drove end-to-end on US Route 20 with the plan to avoid all national chain hotels and restaurants. The Pilgrim has the look and feel of a classic route 20 motel but with all the comforts of modern facilities. It was clean and reasonably priced.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Maine. The town of Lee, Massachusetts is fabulous. I told my husband I want to move here! Very quaint New England town. The hotel was fine for an older hotel non-chain type. It was clean and roomy. The carpet looked newer. A little wear and tear in the hotel itself but fine... More

We came up to Lenox to visit Tanglewood and Jacob's Pillow for the weekend. The hotel is conveniently located near both places. The front desk needs lessons on how to treat guests. We booked through Priceline and paid a premium price (found out later that people paid $60 less for same room). I called ahead and requested a ground floor... More

Our room was large and very clean. The people who were at the front desk were very nice. We didn't go in the pool but it sparkled. Great for kids to jump into after a long drive. It isn't heated. We stayed two nights and spent all our time bike riding and kayaking. We didn't want to pay for an... More

I think pictures speak alot louder than words. I needed immediate accommodations. It was late I was tired and from out of town. My reservation at the Orchards Hotel in Williamstown was a BIG disappointment and actually not much better in terms of wear and tear. LOW budget and not something to complain about. When you spend less than $100.00... More

We had a wedding to go to in the area and wanted an inexpensive alternative during Tanglewood season. We were perfectly happy with the Pilgrim. The room was relatively spacious, clean and comfortable. It is within walking diastase from downtown Lee. While they have WiFi, it was a very weak signal in the end unit we had. They have a... More

Don't bother going here. They don't stand by their words in advertisement . We drove many miles and we were tired. They claim they are pet friendly but they are not. The girl working the desk pretended to call the owner to see if our ten pound hairless dog would be okay but apparently the ad was incorrect according to... More

Most hotels in The Berkshires require a two- or three-night stay during peak/Tanglewood Season. There are also a body of hotels and motels willing to accommodate one-night visits. These tend to be the older, more pedestrian establishments. Such is The Pilgrim Inn. The good news is that the motel is just what you're hoping it will be...clean, comfortable, ample parking,...
