Stayed for a night this past weekend after going to Tanglewood. Excellent location for this and can't beat the price. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and beds were comfy for a good night's sleep. Breakfast in the morning was continental, nothing special, but did sustain us before Sunday Brunch in nearby downtown Lee. Would definitely stay here again.... More

We knew that hotels would be expensive in the area because we were going to Tanglewood in the peak of summer. In fact when we arrived, our host asked "Tanglewood or Jacob's Pillow"?! We thought the price was extremely reasonable and the hotel was better than we expected! The location: conveniently located just off the I-90 (Mass Turnpike) exit into... More

Room 110 Pros: close to Tanglewood events, room was large, queen beds were comfortable, free parking in front of room, marginal continental breakfast, free wi-fi, clean bathroom, quiet Cons: you'll pay about $200 for event weekends at Tanglewood

Spending a night at a motel is not typically my idea of a vacation. Due to past experiences, I would rather stay at a Hilton or Embassy Suites. My boyfriend and I came upon the Pilgrim Inn accidentally and our stay became a pleasant surprise. The Pilgrim Inn is a quaint, family-run operation. We arrived last minute and were given... More

My sister and I drove up from Southern Connecticut to attend a performance at Shakespeare & Co. in nearby Lenox that her grandson was performing in. This hotel was very handy (4 mi.) to the venue and close to her son's house. The rates were extremely reasonable ($80) for a comfortable room with two Queen-size beds. The owners, Ben and... More

We made the reservation for this Inn months in advance and when we arrived we were assigned to a room in the house on the property that had supposedly been converted, and told there was a wedding in town and these were the available rooms. The room was extremely small and smelled, the only saving grace was the bathroom was... More

My husband and I reserved a room at the inn 5 months ago for a family wedding. Because the wedding was scheduled for Columbus Day weekend, we booked way ahead. The good thing was they didn't charge us to hold the room. We paid when we checked in and the manager was very good about letting us check in early.... More

The people writing negative reviews here apparently had an experience different from ours. But there are two wings -- one running back from the street, one parallel to it. We were in the one perpendicular to the street in #105; perhaps rooms are different in the two parts of the facility. "Inn" sets your expectations far too high; this is... More

We went here out of desperation after not being able to find any vacancies in the West Springfield area after visiting the Big E. Dark, smelly room, no wifi, and very overpriced. Dirty shower with outdated soap dispenser, crazy TV with minimal channels. Noisy, thin walls, extremely uncomfortable pillow and mattress. Door that lead to a storage room let in... More

Room was large and clean. TV was hard to work, plus no channel guide. Wifi cut out from time to time. price was ok for the area/season. Breakfast awful. We went to Friendlys next store. Man at reception was on phone for at least 10 minutes, with myself and another guest waiting to check in.
