Great for a weekend ski trip. Clean but not a Marriott. Just like the places we stayed when I was a kid before the big name hotel's became popular. Not a big deal breakfast, but the money you save go out and eat somewhere else.

Arrived late at night. Looked to be impractical to walk to town due to hotel being located on a busy 2-lane road with no sidewalks. Check in process was somewhat cumbersome, proprietor insisted I walk back outside car to get license plate number for check-in form. Parking lot was not full. Room was generally clean, although furnishings were very old.... More

My boyfriend and I were traveling late at night on the Massachusetts Turnpike and needed a place to stay. We arrived at The Rodeway Inn around midnight and decided that we should stay there instead of continuing to search for a place to stay in a very unfamiliar town. We had to ring the bell outside of the office twice... More

My wife and son and I stayed here to visit my brother in Pittsfield. We had a very nice two bed room with a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was ok. Very clean room well equiped. This would be a good location to visit the activitys in the area. We don't usually eat breakfast at hotels... More

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The size was fine. There was a table and a desk. There was a small refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was 2 cereals, bagels and crème cheese, waffles, and juice. The room was fine with a good rate. The location is about 5 miles off the Mass Pike in Lee. It is... More

We had to drive through Lee to find this place. Not close to interstate. The room was small with a chair behind the door when opened. Windows streaky. Shower moldy. Towels threadbare but clean. Toilet seat peeling. Was told upon checkin that we had to see them to get ice. TV remote did not turn TV off. Had to do... More

Reading disappointed reviewers of this place may lead you to think that you should not stay here. First, one needs to understand this is a one or two-star rated hotel; therefore, an excellent or above average rating must conform to the standard of a one- or two-rated star accommodation. In my case, this motel provides clean, plain and simple accommodations.... More

As a cost sensitive traveler, I stay in these types of hotels once in a while, and am usually disappointed. Not this time, as the service was fine, the room was clean, the area safe, and the price was right. I was really impressed, but don't get me wrong, this is not the Embassy Suites or Hilton. The "complimentary breakfast"... More

Stayed overnight at this roadside offering. Rooms were minimal with scanty linens and towels. Nearly broke my neck on loose bathroom tiles that had't been repaired for a long time. Bathtub was not clean but a shower helped! Offered a "continental" breakfast late that had to be carried and consumed in room - container with waffle mix had to be... More

Needed a place to stay for a night in the Berkshires. The Rodeway Inn proved to be convenient, very tidy, recently refurbished and well managed. There's even a great little heated outdoor pool, and the very polite and helpful manager puts together a nice little (yes, motel-style) breakfast spread in the morning. This is not a full-service hotel, and shouldn't... More
