This is an older property. Set well back from the road on a hill, to minimize traffic noise. The interior of our room looked a lot newer than the outside of the building. The manager was VERY helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay. Nice outdoor pool. It's very convenient to be... More

Immediately after check-in yesterday evening I notified the owner Mukesh that the phone was dead in my room. He came by the room and said he would have the manager filling in for him while he is out of town to address it. So this morning I notified the manager on duty and he affirmed the owner had not even... More

I was all ready to give this place 4 or 5 stars, until now. Breakfast is supposed to be available starting at 7am. It is now 7:10, there is nothing out/ready, and there is no one around to help. We rang the bell for service -- no response. Even though the room was nice, quiet, and comfortable, I would not... More

On May 24, 2015, my husband (80 years old, wears back brace and has limited mobility) and I reserved a room at the Rodeway Inn, Lee, MA after viewing photos of the bedrooms and exterior of the motel, though, oddly, there was an absence of photos of the lobby and breakfast room. Later, we found out why, since there is... More

The heating was turned off when we arrived. It was 50 F degrees outside and inside. It took 3 hours to warm up. We could not get to sleep until it warmed up. Their explanation was that they do not turn the heating on if it's more than 55 F degrees. The chairs were soiled. The extra blanket was stained.... More

Great for a weekend ski trip. Clean but not a Marriott. Just like the places we stayed when I was a kid before the big name hotel's became popular. Not a big deal breakfast, but the money you save go out and eat somewhere else.

Arrived late at night. Looked to be impractical to walk to town due to hotel being located on a busy 2-lane road with no sidewalks. Check in process was somewhat cumbersome, proprietor insisted I walk back outside car to get license plate number for check-in form. Parking lot was not full. Room was generally clean, although furnishings were very old.... More

My boyfriend and I were traveling late at night on the Massachusetts Turnpike and needed a place to stay. We arrived at The Rodeway Inn around midnight and decided that we should stay there instead of continuing to search for a place to stay in a very unfamiliar town. We had to ring the bell outside of the office twice... More

My wife and son and I stayed here to visit my brother in Pittsfield. We had a very nice two bed room with a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was ok. Very clean room well equiped. This would be a good location to visit the activitys in the area. We don't usually eat breakfast at hotels... More

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The size was fine. There was a table and a desk. There was a small refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was 2 cereals, bagels and crème cheese, waffles, and juice. The room was fine with a good rate. The location is about 5 miles off the Mass Pike in Lee. It is... More
