A gorgeous property, right in the heart of downtown. Spend the money and enjoy home away from home, when you come down to Lee. From the hospitality, to the decor, to the exceptional breakfast. This spot deserves an A+.

We are a group of "old college friends" who have gotten together at Crabtree Cottage for a weekend get-together for a number of years. It is a lovely B&B, relaxing and comfortable; beautifully decorated, but again, very comfortable; amazing breakfasts; wonderful hosts. The rooms are lovely and beds are very comfortable. The church bells may wake you, but what a... More

Very nice host (the innkeeper was away with her mother who had surgery- her husband stepped in- he was very helpful and friendly). Great room (we stayed in Suite Julia- it was huge and lovely and clean and bright and private. I would stay there again in a second. Wonderful breakfast- artichoke quiche, olive cake, broiled grapefruit, coffee, popovers, potatoes,... More

Loved our two night anniversary weekend stay at the cottage. Our hosts were delightful! Max n Margo, the adorable dogs completely stole our hearts. We would def visit again. Rooms were spotless and tastefully done up. Highly recommended!

Well it has taken me far too long to get to this, but my wife and I had an amazing stay. I booked early in the week and luckily they still had room. We were attending for an early birthday present for my wife in Feb and it was everything and more. The room (suite julia) was bright and beautiful.... More

I recently spent one night at the Crabtree Cottage and it could not have been a more pleasant or restful experience. The B&B is located on a residential street, so it's as quiet as can be--a quality that seems so elusive these days. My room, Suite Julia, was enormous and delightful, complete with a separate sitting area. Extra touches included... More

We just came back from an overnight, getaway stay during the coldest weekend of this winter. The cottage is on a residential side street off the main drag in Lee. It is a short walk (in better weather), into town and to a terrific restaurant (Chez Nous). It's a short distance from the Mass Pike (I-90) and a good location... More

My two friends and I stayed in the two second floor rooms of Crabtree Cottage last weekend. We were so glad we chose this beautiful homey comfortable B&B from which to shop around Lee and the outlets before Christmas. We loved the non - touristy shops in Lee and found a great place for lunch - The Starving Artist Cafe... More

We were looking for a beautiful place relatively nearby for a much needed respite. Crabtree Cottage is quiet, comfortable and near several sites. Janis and Jeff are terrific hosts. They even accommodated my husband's GF diet with outstanding food. We enjoyed time to sit and talk, hiking part of the Appalachian Trail, visiting the Norman Rockwell Museum, and hitting the... In late September we spent 2 days in Crabtree cottage in the Master suite. The location is very central but quiet. The rooms are beautiful, and the hosts very charming and helpful. The breakfast was really delicious. For dinner the hosts recommended the nearby french restaurant Chez Nous which offers a wide range of dishes and has a good selection... More
