If you like staying in historic type of places this is a must! Really comfortable beds. Atmosphere created by a combination of antiques and current folk art painted by lovely inn keeper. 23 course Breakfast to die for. Baked apples and real fresh fruit cups. French toast with real maple syrup. Wonderful quiche all accompanied by bacon Nice extra touches... More

I and my cousin stayed two remarkable and happy nights as guests in the Rogers and Brown House. Our hosts, Frank and Johanne, made us feel so welcome, gave us spot-on suggestions for dinner and excursions, and were so generous with their time, showing us around their exquisite inn, and expanding our own knowledge of the town. After speaking with... More

I became bewitched! Charmed! And I long to return to Ipswich and the Rogers and Brown B & B!!! Seriously, I've traveled the world, and this will be one of my favorite memories. My sister (and fellow traveler) and I stayed in the First Period portion of this historic house, which had all the amenities and direct access to the... More

We spent two nights at this beautifully done historic B&B in Ipswich. Our room was comfortable and gracious in its historical style. Frank explained the history of the house and the amenities when we arrived. The breakfasts were very good. We enjoyed sitting in the lovely gardens. We felt as if Frank and Joanne were old friends with their warm... More

This was a beautiful place and the hosts were very accommodating! The room was very comfortable and gardens were spectacular. A highlight of our trip. Enjoyed visiting the hostess's art gallery, nearby Crane beach, and farm where you can pick your own fruit. Highly recommended to anyone.

My stay was short, but I had a wonderful time at the Rogers & Brown House and in Ipswich. The B&B is comfortable, cozy and perfect for relaxing. The area is quiet, but it's only a short walk into town where the people are friendly and scenery is beautiful. I highly recommend walking along the Ipswich River to walk off... More

We had the pleasure of experiencing 2 wonderful nights at this B&B this past weekend. Bed was super comfy, hot water was plentiful, breakfast as well as the innkeepers were fantastic !! Walked a 1/2 mile to downtown and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Drove 5 minutes and spent the morning at Pavillion Beach. If you're looking to base yourself in... More

A lovely historic house run by friendly, knowledgeable innkeepers who care about your comfort. The breakfasts were delightfully good and bed was very comfortable. The linens were of excellent quality. We enjoyed the local collection of early NE homes, the location to town was an easy walk, local restaurants offered good choices. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this... More

Two of us stayed there for several days over New Years while I was visiting family. The room was perfect (they gave us a room on the first floor with its own entrance, as we were back and forth a lot and looking for quiet when we were there). The breakfasts were generous and delicious, and the owners very kind.... More

We are staying here over the Thanksgiving holiday and the inn is wonderful! The innkeepers are friendly and warm, so lovely to talk with! We have the queen room with a fireplace and it is very spacious and pretty! the one oddity is that the shower is downstairs through the kitchen but is private to the room. In our room... More
