This place is in the middle of Main Street and in stumbling distance of plenty of restaurants which is its big selling point. The motel itself is fine. Nothing more. The bed was big and comfortable but the decor is decades old and won't win any awards! It does what it needs to tho Pugh and we spent a pleasant... More

I'll be honest. I thought I was booking another hotel that I had stayed at previously. I knew the address somewhat (they are almost next door to each other). When I pulled up I was almost afraid to check in. The office is small but not indicative of the quality of the rooms. Thankfully, my room was non-smoking and did... More

The inn is right on Main St, which was perfect because we could just leave the car there and walk around the lots of restaurants and little shops nearby. With its location in mind (and how loud people can be walking around the streets at night), it was surprisingly quiet once we were inside our room with the door closed.... More

Rooms were clean, staff friendly, and location is very convenient for exploring Hyannis! Would definitely stay here again! Situated just off the main street and close to the JFK Museum which is well worth a visit! Recommend going to the Black Cat Tavern on Ocean Street for dinner also!

I chose this location, because it was close to the ferry to Martha's Vinyard. However, the Hyannis ferry (Hi-Line)is very expensive! There is a significantly cheaper ferry from Falsmouth. The location is nice, because it is on Main St Hyannis, but the room wasn't that clean and had a foul odor. I would not chose to stay here again, but... More

Convenient location, large room, but roomed had weird odor and pool was not usable. Staff friendly enough. Not much of a breakfast, ended up going out to eat. Fairly expensive for quality of hotel, but everything on cape expensive. Best part of hotel is location.

I was traveling alone to Hyannis for work, and came in early for a day to explore. This property is perfectly located on Main street, I could walk easily and safely to museums, shops, beach, boats, and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable, and Dee at the desk couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They really want your stay... More

Stayed here before our trip to the vineyard and on our way back. Was a nice place. Clean and not smelly. Breakfast was crummy but that's OK with us. We had a second floor room so no loud noise from above. Would stay here again. Price was negotiable when I called in advance to book. Yay!

myself and 3 friends stayed at the Cape Cod Inn recently. First let me say that the room was clean, didn't smell, the bathroom was clean. However, overall the Inn is a bit run down, even though they have obviously been doing renovations, they're poorly done. Our room only had the mirror in the bathroom - For a few dollars... More

We stayed here for 1 night and that was too long. Our room was on the second floor with a King bed. There was barely enough room to walk past the bed and get to the bathroom. My husband travels quite a bit and he was shocked at the condition of the room for $200 per night. The ceiling in... More
