Clean and well run. Definitely looks newly renovated everywhere. Location is convenient but not scenic at all. Still it's a good place to sleep. Breakfast buffet was not very inspiring but had all the basics. Both pools (indoor and outdoor) appeared in vet nice shape. IMHO it's worth spending a little more to guarantee that you're in a good spot.

Good hotel, but rooms are a bit small -- bathrooms are tiny, which can be a problem for families. Great location for a visit to Hyannis. You're just minutes from the Main Street tourist area. The rooms are very nicely appointed with power outlets all over to charge all your stuff. The staff was VERY helpful upon check-in, and of course warm DoubleTree cookies were given to all.

We trawled through many a website looking for the best place to stay in Cape Cod. We went with Hyannis as it seemed to be quite central which would make it easy to navigate around Cape Cod. The most friendly and professional staff that I have encountered in many years of business meetings. From the front desk to the maintenance workers everyone was friendly and professional. This is a great hotel experience.

Everything was perfect from the warm cookie to the checkout. Staff was so friendly and went out of their way to walk with us to the meeting room location. Rooms were comfortable and clean and we felt safe at all times. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Good job to the staff.

Great hotel if one is staying for not more than a day or two. Friendly staff and ever willing to assist. Though the hotel is quite a drive from the wharf and eating joints it is located at a quiet place.
