I lead bicycle tours and have been staying at the Hyannis Heritage House for 8 years now. The property is a typical Cape Cod hotel owned by two families that are service oriented and take pride in their establishment. Actually, the room was surprisingly nice considering the low price and the somewhat shabby look of the lobby and hallways. They do have a nice indoor swimming pool and ample free parking. more

If you like red carpets and pink sheets, this is the place to go. Trash on the floor from the previous guest. Lobby wasn't much better. Better to be outside city limits than to stay there. more
