The hotel is clean but very dated. Feels like a flashback to the 60s. It is walking distance to most areas of Hyannis. On future trips to Cape Cod I'd stay in another area perhaps Chatham. more

Second time my daughter and I went to Cape Cod and stayed at this motel. 12 years in between. Enjoyed this motel even more this time. Being right across from the Harbor is beautiful and we met some really nice people in the rooms around us while lounging on the balcony watching the harbor action. Love walking at the harbor... more

Paid $132 a night for August on the cape, so that wasn't that bad. Nothing special but central to the ferries. The room that online said it had a waterfront view-did if you crane your neck from the balcony! Much nicer places to stay on the Cape if you don't need to be in Hyannis more

Great place for a family with young kid up to teens. Best price for whatyou get right acrossfrom the Harbor. Clean rooms older stly rooms.
