Hyannis Holiday was reasonably priced, within walking distance to Main Street, the harbor, and the ferries. Rooms were a good size, clean, and there was ample free parking. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The location was perfect for us. Right across the street from the harbor where the ferries take you to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The room was very clean and it is cleaned everyday. However, the rooms are very tired. I don't know if they are retro 1960s or 1970s. They need a total overhaul of the rooms. No amenities: mini... More

This is not the Hilton, but the rooms are clean and spacious. Located directly across from the ferries to Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket so no need to pay for parking if you are taking the ferry. A short walk to Main St Hyannis where all of the restaurants/night life is and down the road about a mile in the other direction was... More

The Hyannis Holiday Motel is just across the street from the Harbor, and several rooms do provide a harbor view. I have to give a mixed review on this hotel. First, The Pros: You probably won't find anyplace near the water for this price in Cape Cod. The rooms are clean, the property in general is clean. They have both... More

Found this hotel on tripadvisor. I had good reviews about being clean. It was kept very clean. It was across the street from the habor so we could go across and watch the fishing boats and ferries come and go. Had lunch there also at Spankys which was delicious. The hotel was clean as reviewed but we did not like... More

This motel was a great price for a night stay in Hyannis. We booked a fishing trip which was directly across the street from the motel, very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit outdated; we had trouble finding outlets for our phones and no mini-fridge but a great deal. We would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great. But it did not look like it had been updated since the 1970s. The furniture was okay but really old. I think the beds were only six foot. The kids liked the pool. The staff did not seem overly helpful. The rooms were big. They did not give us enough bath towels.

You get what you pay for. We stayed here during a holiday weekend when entire cape cod was jam packed. For the price, it was best available option. Parking on long weekends could be a issue however motel staff will help you out. Breakfast was just coffee/juice with some cup cakes. Overall we have no complains as we didn't had... More

What a location! Directly across from the ferries, shops, marinas, restaurants etc. Be sure to check out the art huts for some amazing one of a kind art/souvenirs! Close to Main St with all the Hyannis shops (we spent all day in and out of the unique shops). Had lunch at the Brazilian Grill which was fabulous! Ask for a... More

This Motel is right across from the Hyline which was great for anyone is taking the Ferry over the Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. You look at the Harbor if you ask for the 2nd floor. The Rooms were very clean.. The rooms do need to be updated but They were fine and clean.. The staff is very nice..
