Family enjoyed their stay! Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor wave pool with slides were fun. Hot tub was great. Outside pool was nice with another Jacuzzi. Grand Cru restaurant was delicious. Animal show and Art class were both fun and interesting. Price was in line for what you get.

I look for few things in a hotel: quiet, clean, a comfortable bed, convenient to the local school I'm there to work with. This hotel ticked the convenient location box, but not much else. Pros: Location Friendly staff (one exception, see below) Cons: Hallway noise with kids running up and down them Rooms and showers could be cleaner Weak shower... More

My family and I had such a wonderful time here. We had a bit of a snag in the reservation as the online reservation can change your dates and occupant total without you even knowing it. Drove 1.5 hours to find out that the online reservation was for the following day. The staff tried helping but unfortunately it was all... More

The Cape Codder resort was what I thought it was going to be and then some. Upon arrival I was pleased to be informed that we were given the Presidential Suite due to renovations. Best move of all! It made the decision to finally get engaged so much easier. And last but not least the waitress at the in house... More

Spent a weekend at the Cape Codder Resort and was very disappointed. We have stayed here before many years ago, and loved it, but not this time. It was a adult weekend away and we choose the CapeCodder based on the heated outdoor pool. The resort has a indoor wave pool, but it's loaded with young children, so if your... More

I am sorry to hear that your stay was not up to your expectations. Your stay date coincided with our Pirates and Princesses Weekend which is always a big hit with families and draws a lot them to the property. We were just as upset as you about having to close the Outdoor Pool during your stay but we are... More

We just love coming to the Cape in the offseason. The weather can be unpredictable. It can be hot and hazy one day and the next cool and gloomy. The Cape Codder is a place for ALL seasons! It's close to the beach, but better than that, it has an indoor waterpark that is SO much fun for the kids!... More

We had a lovely stay with our 2 kids this weekend. Our room was great- nice size, small fridge in room and recent updates. Hallways & common areas could use an update but the property overall was great. The kids love the wave pool and we enjoyed the outdoor pool, hot tub and bonfire. Already planning our next visit.

Decided to stay in Hyannis for the night last night and ended up at the Cape Codder Resort on a recommendation from the Visitor Center. The hotel is under construction, but the construction area is closed off and did not effect where we stayed at all. Had a two double bedroom with a "fireplace" and an outdoor pool view -... More

Nice place, indoors wave pool was amazing. There outdoor heated pool looks great event that I was not able to get in. Rooms were not bad. I can not wait for the wave pool expansion that should be done by summer 2016. Definitely will returned for next year summer.

We stayed two nights during our April School break. The hotel was packed with families and there was a list of fun activities for the kids. We had a deluxe room with two queen beds. They are in the middle of renovating the hotel and we were in the rooms that were being worked on. The rug in our room... More

Kimberly, I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa. You are correct that we have been doing a number of improvement projects on our guest rooms to provide a safer and more enjoyable stay for our guests. This includes new sliding glass doors, new carpet, new wallpaper, and new bathroom tile... More
