Dingy rooms, weak aircondition, keys kept cancelling themselves requiring 7 trips back through the maze of buildings to the front desk who said it was because we let our cell phones get near the keys....tried keeping cell phone quarantined from the credit card keys but it made no difference. Excellent value and facilities on the mid-Cape for great family fun. Our family loved the wave pool, game room, family-friendly movies and the evening bonfire. Rooms are very comfortable, nicely decorated, and are spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels and thoughtful amenities in the room.
