This hotel was spacious, spotless and beautiful. Every service person we worked with while organizing our reunion was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. While we attended the reunion, the wait staff was very personable and professional. The hotel had a friendly and quiet atmosphere. There were outside spaces for relaxing, on well-maintained and lovely grounds. Two pools, one outside and the... More

Spotless! I don't ever say this, but in the case of the Cape Codder I would be remiss if I used any other word to describe the sincere effort of the staff that maintains the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff at the front desk were efficient, knowledgable, and pleasant. I still dislike, intensely, the automated answer system when you... More

We were three adults, and though there were a number of children at the resort, we were pleased with the quiet surroundings. The workout room was well equipped. The polls and hot tub were well maintained as well as the water park.

We booked through Expedia and upon check in I ask about free upgrades since you definitely pay for these rooms. I was told that they do not offer upgrades. Okay no big deal. So we get our card key and make our way to the back of the resort. We ran into a father & son who could not get... More

We stayed with our two boys on Labor Day weekend. The lobby is stunning- the front desk and back splash counter are done in a recycled glass encasing sand and shells. The rooms are spacious, very clean, rugs and furniture look brand new. Bathroom passed this germaphobe's test with flying colors.... Cups wrapped in sealed plastic- grout in shower very... More

Our stay at the Cape Codder resort was quite enjoyable. We were there for a conference and stayed for two nights. The people there were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the food and noticed many attractions for the family such as a heated outdoor pool, and a wave pool indoors. Also... More

The resort is beautiful, romantic and super fun. The staff were all really nice, especially front desk who were happy that we were spending our honeymoon at the resort. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon magical. My husband and I can't wait to visit next year for our anniversary!

Traveled with my 6 and 8 year olds for the first time by myself without my husband. I picked the Cape Codder because they had so much to offer in respect to entertainment for the kids. It did not disappoint! My kids loved the campfires/marshmallow roasting, reptile show, outdoor movies and live bands as well as the awesome indoor wave... More

I have been going to the Cape Codder Resort and Spa for over 20 yrs. Unfortunately this property despite the best efforts of the owners and management many creature comforts shall we say have slipped through the cracks. Let's say when spending North of $275.00 per night for a King room travelers have a particular reasonable expectation that they will... More

I have contacted this guest privately to address their concerns and resolve the situation to their satisfaction. We strive to keep our rooms in good working order but it looks like we missed the mark in this case. We are in the process of correcting the noted complaints and are confident we will will make this right for the guest.... More

Located in a great area with lots to do and not far from the center of town. Check in is easy as long as there is no convention there. Near a golf course, rooms are clean with fridge. Spa is a little pricey but aren't they all. Many families and a lot of children in the summer. Nice swimming pools... More
