The hotel and staff were very pleasant. They could use additional training on customers traveling with service animals. A little rude and abrupt in their questions. The hotel decorations were well done. The Hearth and Kettle was horrible. The service was not friendly or welcoming. Needed to ask for place settings. Prime rib arrived cold and not cooked as ordered.... More

We stayed here for a holiday weekend with the kids and to go to the cape cod train to Christmas town. The lobby is beautiful and had a Christmas model train up which my children loved. The inner court yard was lit up with Christmas displays but I thought a little over rated. The gift shop is very nice. Our... More

Stayed Thanksgiving weekend part of a group who traveled for a girls hockey tournament! Usually when we take this type of trip to watch our grandchildren play we don't normaly stay in the the same hotel as the team. Mainly because of the groups with a good number of children who run around late into the evening when you want... More

This resort has a free fun event on weekends for families. Over 100,000 lights brighten the courtyard and front of the property including a sleigh and Rudolph, Santa's workshop building, gingerbread house, angels, etc. A large table with a village and electric train kept the grandkids occupied for quite awhile. The lobby and hallway to Santa's throne are beautifully decked... More

I took my granddaughter to the train to the North Pole and we stayed at this resort which was about 5 miles away. The resort itself had so many things for my 6 year old granddaughter to do. The wave pool was a lot of fun. We will definitely return for her birthday in March.

my wife and I had a lovely evening with good food, entertainment and a comfortable bed and room. the hotel is ideally located to Hyannis and all the quaint little towns surrounding it. we went to olsterville for their Christmas pageant and felt we had stepped into a Norman Rockwell painting.

I went to the Cape Codder for an overnight business training. I was absolutely awestruck with a lovely wintertime display in their lobby. It had snowed the day before and I was so concerned about finding parking and getting the bags into the hotel but they took care of all of that. Parking was very close to the front door... More

The staff was more than accommidating. We enjoyed our stay very much. Lindsey at the Front desk and Lee in the gift shop go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The rooms are clean and the activities for the kids are great. We will definitely stay at the Cape Codder again.

I was introduced to this hotel through a Groupon offer. The reviews here made me pull the trigger on it. I'm currently writing this review from the wave pool deck. The pool is a lot larger than I had thought originally and the waves are the right size without scaring the kids. All the kids here seem to be having... More

The Cape Codder is not only for children, but it definitely has the facilities to keep them busy. It is an older hotel and could use a facelift, but it is kept very clean. They have a wave pool area that has a water slide and a really good wave machine. Unfortunately it is a charge that is included even... More
