The other reviews scared me. I thought the unit and resort were fine. It was clean. Staff were friendly. It was large enough for 6 adults. It's best used as a mid cape location to explore the area. There is not much to do at the resort but there is an indoor pool.

We had a good visit although the additional housekeeping fee of 31.00 was required when using rci points. This does not grant you any housekeeping, but pays the resort to clean up after you leave.I wish rci would eliminate this fee. There was a surprise of a spiral staircase and if you are not able,it could be an issue. The staff were friendly and... Planned for this trip many months. Travel from Fl to the Cape. The reviews I read about this property did not prepare us for what we saw. The unit was musty smelling. The carpets were filthy, and smelled. My husband used the bathroom, flushed the toilet and came from the bathroom and told me we were not staying the night.... More

My sister and I stayed in a one bedroom unit on the first floor for a week. It had a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a hide-a-bed in the living room. It had one and 1/2 baths. The configuration of this unit was a little strange in that the 1/2 bath was off the bedroom and the full... More

We stayed at A one bedroom townhouse unit at Cape Winds Resort in Hyannis, Ma. We were visiting family in the area and found Cape Winds close to everything. We were next door to a shaw/star market. Across the street was The Daily Paper, a very good breakfast and lunch restaurant. The beach was a short distance away. The weather... More

we stayed here for 7 days at the end of august. The staff were very helpful with advice on must sees in the area. As some other reviewers have stated the apartments are of the old style, but having said that very clean. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and crockery. We had a one bed roomed apartment with... More

Dare I say that my boyfriend owns one of these units? He purchased this unit when he had friends living on the Cape and after several years of having the "resort" rent it, we decided to use it. He warned me upon arrival but I didn't think it'd be all that bad. The good...the unit was clean and the location... More

we stay a caoe wind resort from august 8 to 13th 2013. Room was not as nice as the pictures on booking website. We got a 1 bedroom appartment, with a nice kitchen, the negative point is the equipment, only the minimum. For the bedroom, we had a air conditionner that was not very cold and very noisy, and we...
