I had a delightful stay during a recent trip to the Cape. The rooms are very clean, quiet, thoughtfully designed and appointed, loved the down quilt! The complimentary breakfast was excellent in the library looking out at the harbor. This was my third time staying there, each time has been lovely. I would highly recommend it. Great location and rooms, with... More

We stayed here for 2 nights on a short tour of Massachusetts including Cape Cod. Hyannis is a good base and the Anchor In is quiet, cosy and within easy walking distance of the town and places to eat (even out of season). The setting on the water is lovely too. The rooms are clean and bright (and I think... More

Stayed for one night during Hyannis Marathon race weekend. Very clean and quiet room, free wifi and friendly, helpful staff. They have a comfortable library for the guests to use and they even provide coffee, hot chocolate and tea. Excellent breakfast in the morning too. Would stay there again!

We have stayed at this wonderful inn before and were equally satisfield this stay. It is right on the water in Hyannis close to everything. The rooms are immaculate and the staff is very hospitable. They serve a continental breakfast each day that is far superior then any we have had elsewhere. If you are looking to stay in town... More

I stayed here for 2 nights and I must say it's one of the best places to lodge if you are looking for somewhere quiet, cozy and in close to town. I had a wonderful exprience and room were extra clean, spacious and nice view to the bay. It's a simply and beautiful place with a touch of history to... More

Stayed here for one night in late December. Virtually all rooms overlook harbour, which is attractive but dead in mid-winter! Very attentive and helpful hotel manager. Good selection of books and free internet connection. Afternoon tea and wide choice of buffet breakfast included in rate. No dining facilities and nearest restaurant which was open in the 'closed season' about 10... More

Since my husband is on his way to stay here tonight for the third time, I owe this gem a review. We stayed as a family in June, and our school-age children enjoyed the grass for romping and the pool for swimming. My husband and I returned for business (at the hospital across the street) in November. We roused the... More

We stayed for four off-season nights, immediately after Thanksgiving. We had the place almost to ourselves. We booked the Osterville room which sits literally on the water with a beautiful wraparound balcony. the room was huge, beautifully furnished and very clean. breakfast was served in a B&B-style cozy dining room overlooking Hyannis Harbor. the staff were all very friendly and... We stayed at the Anchor-In again in November. As ever, the hotel is spotless and gracious, impeccably maintained, comfortable and the moment we walk through the doors we feel like we are "home". The rooms are lush and comfortable, the shower is cavernous and has good water pressure, and we were even furnished with a bottle of champagne and a... More
