You will not find a nicer hotel and view or breakfast anywhere in Hyannis. The room was beautiful as was the hotel. Staff was welcoming. Price was lower than most other national hotels. We have a summer place in Dennis and have been staying one weekend every winter in Hyannis for last 11 years. This is by far the best... More

The Harborview and the facility is impeccable, the staff is friendly and awesome and,,,,in the off season it is a good deal but it has one flaw....sound travels between the rooms!!! The couple next door managed to remove the tranquility of the stay!!! This is an expensive place in the regular season and it is far from economical in the... More

Dear billybuzzy Thank you for your Tripadvisor review. We are so glad to hear that you found almost everything to be impeccable. We are sorry to hear about the very isolated noise incident. We would embrace the opportunity to make your next visit completely impeccable. It would be our pleasure to assist you personally. Sincerely Lisa and Skip Simpson More

Booked here for 3 days during the winter. Though plain on the outside, the hotel was charming & updated inside. There is a long loggia or sitting area with chairs facing french doors for a view of the pool & sky. There is a warm & inviting sitting area, that they call the library, for breakfast, coffee & tea during... More

My husband and I have stayed at the Anchor In many times over the last two years, sometimes with our adult children and sometimes just the two of us. It is absolutely spotless. We love spending time in the library in the evening and in the hallway overlooking the harbor in the morning. The breakfast is perfect. It is not... More

We stayed here for two nights while on a two week road trip around New England. Before we arrived we had a slight problem with the booking (through a third party so not down to the hotel) and when I called them they were quick to sort it out for me. Nothing was too much trouble and they were great... More

My wife stayed here for a couple of nights this past summer. They have a complimentary daily breakfast that is over the top. It's better described as a full blown culinary display. The hotel is upscale and is ultra clean. I understand a couple own it and run it and they clearly have a love of what they do because... More

We stayed in the Osterville room which is at the end of the wing overlooking the water and the ferries sailing to Nantucket. The room was ideal with a sofa bed for the two children and two queen beds for Mother and Granny. Breakfast was lovely in the library room which was well stocked with board games , complimentary tea... More

We stayed here at the Anchor In just before Halloween. The weather was still decent and we had a nice view of the harbor from our little deck. We were down the Cape to visit relatives in nearby Centerville and this was a great location. The room was spotless, breakfast accommodations were great, lots of nice choices and a friendly,... We arrived here very late on a dark and stormy November night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room warm and welcoming. The view of the harbor was breathtaking in the morning. Don't think twice about staying here. It's a lovely little hotel.

We like to head up to the New England from NJ in the fall, some places are not that cosy out of season. The Anchor In we found warm and welcoming in every way, Well appointed rooms all with water views where you can see the ferries to and from Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Nice library lounge with cookies in... More
