Hate to be a downer, but we though this place was just average, nothing special. We immediately had to switch rooms due to the dirty shower tub (hair all over, it was not cleaned at all obviously). We stayed two nights and would loved to stayed longer. Great base location for all we wanted to do. It is a day trip to Provincetown if you take your time and we loved it! Our room was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again. more

I am a very loyal Marriott customer. This hotel is fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and very very close to all the places in Hyannis you'd want to go. Even next to a mall. We could have spent more to stay closer to the water, but it's a couple miles to the ports and we got around very quickly. more
