We have been going to"Cape Light Guest House" for the past (2) years with my family & the hospitality has been overwhelming..We love visiting "Cape Cod" Especially when you have hospitality that's A-1..The guest house is super clean & very close to the beach..You are walking distance from "Main Street" where you can do all your souvenir shopping..The "Guest House"... My girlfriend and I decided to go down to the Cape for a relaxing weekend and I am very pleased with our choice to stay here. The room was very cute with a large TV to watch the Olympics and an AC to keep us cool. The decor is very nice and there is also a fun cabana with a... More

We got in late to Hyannis and didn't have a place to stay. We found Cape Light on Trip Advisor and decided to call for availability based on other good reviews. Julie was super nice on the phone and even let us check in late. She was very thorough upon our arrival and was super accommodating despite the fact that... More

I have a toy poodle, Gus. He does NOT SHED and is super friendly. I waited years to get a dog and finally am blessed to work at home so I am here to care for him. I also accept pets with an extra pet security. If you do not like animals, then yes, this is not the place for... More

We stayed at the Cape Light Guest House on the evening of our anniversary. Upon arriving we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the yard and the front room. The hostess, Julie, met us with bare feet and smoking a cigarette. We were, however, pleasantly surprised to find the guest room to be very nice and cozy. As we... More

This couple did stay here- 1 Saturday night. I could not please them- and yes, they made me cry. We just didn't click, it happens. But then they cancelled their payment so they stayed FREE. I did not dispute it thinking that would please them and they still wrote a bad review. I did not ruin their anniversary- the TV... More

Julie was a great hostess and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The house was great and the rooms are fantastic. Clean, cozy and accommodating. Would stay here again if I make it back to the Cape.

Our room was quiet, comfortable, clean. The bathroom was spacious and the shower TOO.We were minutes from the beach overlooking Nantucket Sound. Scenic ocean view of sail boats you can see the ferry off the horizon.Peaceful beach, not like some the others that are touristy.Plenty shopping downtown also minutes away, but there is so much more in surrounding area's as Julie informed.Enjoy a cup of... I've stayed at Cape Light over the last few summers. Julie is extremely accommodating! Location is steps to the beach, convenient to shopping and dining and central on Cape for day trips! Julie has bikes for guest use and a hot tub! The rooms were immaculate and beautiful! Can't wait to return! Bonus-a delicious breakfast!

I don't normally stay at a B&B with my family, since I have young children, but they had a suite here, which was perfect. The location is walking distance to the beach and the shops. You're right around the corner from the ferries to the islands. Julie is a natural hostess. She spoiled us rotten. Another plus was the hot... More

I was set up in what they referred to as the Sunset Suite. My room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. I had a bar fridge and coffee machine amongst other amenities. My bathroom was rather large and bright and contained a beautiful antique dresser I wished I could of taken home. I appreciated the private entrance via my own... More

I stayed at the Cape Light Guest House for about a month. I was traveling through Hyannis for school and needed a comfortable, quiet and relaxing place to come back to each night after a long day. The Light Guest House was all that and more. The room was spacious and very comfortable to stay in, almost as if it... More
