This place suited our vacation perfectly: its a very nice 15 minute walk to downtown and the ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard so no need to pay for parking while walking on the ferry. We stayed at Hillcrest for 2 nights in June and had a wonderful time. The house is well located within walking distance to both the beach and the main part of Hyannis.
