The room wreaked of mildew. We stayed for 6 nights; and I don't believe the the room was vacuumed or sheets changed except once when it was requested. Front desk people were very accommodating, but the rooms were shabby. The lack of any soundproofing in the ceiling made it seem as if a herd of elephants stayed above us.

It's amazing this place can be called a resort! Room was unclean, especially the bathroom. AC unit and refrigerator rattled all nights we were there. Front desk staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. And the Starbucks kiosk was a joke. Would never stay again!!

Stayed here for 5 days in July 2014. Very expensive and not nearly worth the price. The staff was very nice but the hotel's décor could use a major facelift. Pretty drab. The room was ok, but the air conditioner was pretty noisy during the night. Pros: 1.It's proximity to Main Street. You are just a block away from Main... More

Checking in was easy and person was pleasant. Had a first floor room facing garden area. Going to room involved long hall way and stairs separating buildings. Hallways smell musty and carpets in places are not clean. The toilet in the bathroom runs and runs. Handle had to be jiggled to find place to stop. The soap and shampoo were... More

This hotel is nothing like the website. We were greeted curtly by a woman at the front desk and told to drive around to the side of the property to get to our room. Had I known there was no elevator to get to the second floor (with an 84 year at check-in), I would have asked for different accommodations.... More

Spent a night recently at the Resort and Conference Center. Good location....easy walk to the city center with lots of good restaurants and shops. Right across the street from the concerts at the Melody tent. The room was clean but along with the common areas, could use updating. Many websites have it rated as 3 or 3.5 stars which it... More

That being said, the resort definitely needs a little face lift. We stayed in a room on the bottom floor with golf course views. The room was clean and updated, but there was a terrible musty smell and the carpet felt damp. The beds were pretty comfortable. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops and the Melody Tent. My... More

We stayed one night at this hotel. We were going to a concert at the Melody Tent which is right across the street. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony facing the putting greens. The room and beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean. Outdoor pool was pleasant and good sized. We visited the... More

High points include the golf course off the back and the large indoor pool. The fitness area was also well equipped but realize that the pool and fitness area are also used by local members and classes, so you might be edged out. Totally agree with advice to get second floor facing the golf course. First floor facing the parking... More

Although fairly clean you might say this place is a little worn. Rooms are big and clean. Comfy beds and linens. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Carpets in hallways are dirty and old and should be replaced. Staff is very nice. Plenty of parking. They need a grounds keeper. Shrubs are overgrown and weeded. Shuttle takes you back and forth...
