I made a point of asking before I booked whether there was an outdoor pool availble to use after I checked in at 3 pm. Come to find out that there is an outdoor pool but all of us had to leave it at 5 pm (on a 90 degree June day) because that was closing time for the pool.... More

What a fun, convenient place to stay if you have a convention in the conference center! We travelled for a large gymnastics meet with some of our team and countless others! It was soooooo great to have the competition site, hotel rooms, pool, and lounges within steps of each other. It really made for a fun time. Grand ballroom was... More

This visit was as part of a convention but that is only my most recent visit. I keep returning to this Hotel because it is the epitomy of what one looks for when visiting a resort area. The renovated rooms are spacious and immaculate, the food was appetizing and the service was wonderful. Add to that the location, the beach... More

The only reason we stayed here was for the group discount we received for our daughter's tournament. The beds were not two double queens, but two double full's. A bit small for two adults. Matress' were very soft, not firm at all. Upon using the bathroom, we found that the door did not close. We had to lift it up... More

Returned today from a conference and stay! The room we were in smelled and we had to ask to have thick mold removed from electrical outlets. Mold on ironing board and damp carpets! Requested new room but were told they were all booked. Our stay ended after a break in of our room. Our jewelry and a laptop computer were... More

My wife and I recently stayed at the hotel due to a conference. The trip was 1/4th business and 3/4th fun. Given the distance traveled, and the reputation of the Cape, we would have thought the facilities would have been more updated. Although the interior of our room appeared to have undergone an update, the smell was still of the... More

This generally okay hotel in Hyannis could be better if they would do something about their newly remodeled suites. If you happen to be traveling with your kids and wish some privacy, forget it. The French doors between the living room and the bedroom are clear glass, thus affording no privacy, very little sound-proofing, and no filtering of light. Curtains... More

Check in was smooth, with no waiting and no lines. I almost thought that the place was empty. Then I learned the hotel was packed. There were two conventions going on seamlessly. It must be the buildings' design, because I never heard the large groups, and it never felt crowded. You have to have professional service to take care of... More

Having heard that it was recently renovated, I had fairly high expectations and was excited that my conference was being held there. The lobby is pretty nice but it kind of goes down hill from there. The rooms have digital flat panel TVs, newish furniture, comfortable beds and a clean/new looking bathroom. The hallways are pretty drab and certain hallways/rooms... More

The Sheraton in Hyannis overall is not a bad hotel - the room that we had opened up onto a small patio overlooking the golf course (although I can't imagine being on the other side of the hotel where the patios opened up to nothingness). The room was pretty clean and housekeeping services were good. The first two nights we... More
