I did not stay here, but I want to give a great review for their willingness to fully refund all of the reservations for the Hyannis Marathon after the race was cancelled due to weather. They broke their own policy of requiring a 2-week advance cancellation for these prepaid reservations. Much appreciated by all the disappointed runners!!

This hotel is definitely dated, you notice it more when you enter through the side entrances, some of the carpets should be replaced. That being said, the pool is really nice, the gym has state of the the art equipment, the rooms, bed, bathrooms are all OK! The restaurant only serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can not order... More

I can't think of a positive comment on this location. Pay attention to the previous reviews and heed them. Bathroom counter still had toothpaste on counter from previous occupant. First morning breakfast, I had to enter the kitchen to find the waitstaff. Second morning there was no breakfast available at all. Bathroom had a heat vent with no heat coming... More

I was at a confrence at this fun location. The hotel and spa were beautiful. Conference room large and well lit. Food provided to the conference excellent. Pub food good but slow and poor service. I felt someone was not paying attention to the cleanliness details, perhaps end of season blues. The exercise room was a fully equipped gym with... More

We stayed her for a conference and I still can't believe RESORT is listed in the name of this place. Someone needs to shut this place down, if it were listed as a motel. I would not have been shocked by the dumpy property. It is stuffy, old and someone found a dead mouse in their room. The restaurant staff... More

Was here for a conference in November and time hasn't been kind to the "resort". Extremely dated rooms, layout of the hotel is bizarre very spread out was up and down three flights of stairs to get to my room. Hallways are dark with very worn carpet, floors creak like crazy. Meeting rooms were ok but not great, wifi coverage... More

From the moment we arrived our stay was disappointing. Our room was a considerable distance (down very long corridors) from Reception. The room was very dark and the heavy, dark furniture did not help.

I stayed here for an event for a Thursday-Sunday stay in November. The rooms are super dated. TV was spotty. Hair on sheets (not mine), could hear everything around me. Good point is the view of the putting green. Bath was old. Grout missing in tiles, chipped tiles in tub walls. Drinks at bar were great and cheap. Ate a... More

We went to cape Cod for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. At check in I asked for a room with a view of the golf course but I was told that there were none available. It's Cape Cod in November and the place was nearly empty. We went to the pool and the boy lifeguard was very fresh and... More

We stayed here for a conference. I give it 3 stars simply because the conference space was nice, and it was convenient to have the conference space inside the hotel. Downtown Hyannis is just a short walk from the hotel, which we enjoyed as well. As for the hotel itself, it was obvious that it is an older hotel. The... More
