“NOT INSULATED!! FREEZING IN WINTER”

We booked our stay at this place because of an affordable rate with an online travel site without the benefit of a picture. We tried to be open-minded, it is after all, not a hotel and it was January at the seashore in MA. During our stay, the outside temperatures were in the single digits, one night dipped below zero.... “Disappointed not as expected”

We just stayed in July 2012 and we rented 32 Porrazzo Road the 4 bedroom two bath unit. First off there is no private deck as pictured however there are sliding doors from 2 bedrooms and the dining room indicating there once was one. We stayed in the studio condo unit on the off season. There were tons of amenities including: jetted tub, garbage disposal, dishwasher, gas fireplace, balcony/deck with grill. “Enchanting, Beautiful and wonderful host”

Peter makes sure you have everything you need. He converted the place himself. He bought a couple tear downs and converted them to various sizes of condos. They are wonderful.
