Service was pleasant, room was decently furnished, sheets, towels, and bathroom were clean...however, the room had a strong musty odor, making breathing harder, and the windows had inadequate locks, allowing the rear window to be opened cockeyed. For heath and safety reasons I cannot give this motel stay a positive review.

I have stayed many times in what I call Mom & Pop hotel/motels. This one was part of a chain that I have heard of so I took the chance. WRONG!!!! At first glance, it seemed quite nice -- a long-large room with a desk & chair, a loveseat/sofa bed, two queen sized beds with lots of large pillows, a... More

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the last two years. I find it a very peaceful and pleasant place to lay my head while visiting the 5-College area. It is true that it is not luxurious, but for a budget accommodation, it is a very good deal. In my experience, everything is very clean and in good... More

Cannot understand how places like this can even be on tripadvisor as it should not even have a license to operate as a motel . Although rooms are clean and tide the entire building is a health risk (mildew) not only for the clients but for the owner operator as well . WIFI not up to standard area not so... More

I've been traveling for business for longer than I can remember. Usually when plans change and you need to check out of a hotel early, they have no problem with only charging you for the amount of time you were there...but not at this place! I had a two day reservation, and only ended up needing the room for one... More

It was cheap, and clean...BUT...did they REALLY need to wake me up at 1:47 am last night to ask me a bunch of questions that were on my reservation when I booked the room (who was I, who was I travelling with, how many days am I staying) through travelocity? And the best was "what was the reason for my... More

Clean and modern. Equipped with microwave and fridge. Bathrooms are clean but narrow doorways. Close to Northampton and/or Holyoke!! No breakfast. Internet is extra charge (not free). No handicap or wheelchair access.

Room was clean with updated bathroom. It had a flatscreen TV, microwave and good size frig. Heating unit kept room toasty while going on and off during the night. Similar to other motels we have stayed in. Good customer service at front desk. Stayed one night with family.

Hate to leave a "you get what you pay for" review, but it seems apropos in this case. As others have said, it's an old roadside motel property where you park your car outside the room which you enter from the exterior. You might or might not be okay with that. First the good. The rooms are relatively large. There... More
