Would we return? Most likely not. We're not skiers and so the appeal of this property may differ for us. it's remote, but scenery is lovely; that is, if you're lucky to get a room with a view. We made 3 room change requests, and now our room overlooks the parking lot. The first two rooms in buildings 10 and... more

We were very pleased with the staff and room. Being off season it was so nice not to have kids running down the hall. A great place to eat is the Forge, great beer and food! As far as the free breakfast, yes you do attend with a RCI rep but I have to say if you have a choice... more

When we checked in the woman behind the counter wasn't very nice. Acted like she wanted to be somewhere else and wasn't very helpful. She sent us to guest services where we received our vehicle pass and a pamphlet of information. We were then asked if we would like a complimentary breakfast or lunch and a $100 visa gift card.... more

We stayed here over Christmas as we wanted to get the kids on skis and this place is right across the street from Jiminy Peak. It's not a luxurious place but our expectations were not that it would be. It's very clean and more than adequate and the price makes it a steal. The kids loved the indoor pool, game... more

I just returned from a stay after exchanging our week in Florida for this resort. The staff was so rude and couldn't have been less helpful. I called the front desk to ask a question since I was confused on something and was spoken to like I was interrupting them and they didn't help me. They lied about several things... more

We just returned from a one night stay in a one bedroom suite. We were in the area for a skating competition at Williams College and were truly delighted with the accomadations and facilities. The suite was spacious, well furnished, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen area is more than adequate to prepare a light breakfast which was very useful since... more

This trip was a family member's birthday party using RCI exchanges - and we were impressed with this resort. Although we did not have time to enjoy the pool, it has a beautiful view of the mountain. The A unit was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 large teenage boys - sofa bed a bit uncomfortable but they made... more

We booked a week long stay for a one bedroom unit about two months prior to our vacation the first week of March 2008. A week before our arrival, we called and were able to upgrade to a two bedroom unit at no additional charge. We arrived at 6 pm on a Saturday evening and walked right up to the... more

We stayed there over the New Years for 3 nights with 10 other families. Check in was fast. Room was ready before the official check in time. We stayed in the "A" room which is larger then the "B" room as it has a full kitchen as opposed to a kitchenette. It also had a jacuzzi tub in the master... more

This place is not a hotel. It is actually a time share community that has many open units so they decided to book them as hotel space. The unit was a huge 1br condo with a fully equipped kitchen, lr, br, and bath. The facility had a great pool and hot tub with a game room for the kids. However,... more
