I have absolutely no complaint about this property. The room was immaculate, all of the necessities and some of the amenities were present and in good working order. The shower had plenty of hot water, cable, wifi, microwave, mini fridge, etc., There was everything that could be hoped for in an affordable accommodation. Maybe the hotel staff seemed unfriendly because they... More

Don't expect anything fancy, and you'll have a good stay. Location is good for visiting Northampton or any of the nearby colleges. Also a great location to visit WEBS, aka yarn mecca. I had no issues while staying here. It's not modern, it's not fancy, but it was clean and a fine place to stay.

This is a budget hotel, so we knew going in that the "amenities' will be non existent. But even budget hotels can be clean, crisp, friendly, and safe. The nearby Autumn Inn, for instance, is very tidy, friendly and clean. The Knights Inn in Hadley is badly run. The public areas are absolutely filthy. The breakfast "room" - a table... More

We were in the area during a recent graduation weekend and needed a close hotel. This was the only place available and it's no wonder. Old, run down, dirty and ridiculously overpriced. We will never stay here again and have let the corporate office know what a shack of a facility they are associated with.

While attending my daughter's graduation from Hampshire college, we needed a place to stay for one night. EVERYWHERE was booked, or had a minimum two night stay. Surprisingly the Knights Inn had rooms available...now I know why! I was APPALLED at the condition of the room that they gave to my husband and son. Upon entering the room, there were... More

The rooms are very clean and we opted for two rooms that have a door between them like a suite. Easy in and out of the premises. The public areas are in need of lots of TLC. The office stinks to high heaven. The management has no people skills. This is our second stay there. The location is great. Near... More

This place is run down. Lighting in rooms is inadequate. Decor hasn't been updated in a very long time. There was a peculiar smell to the room when we entered. Desk lamp shade should have been replaced long ago. There were two thin pillows on the sole queen bed, but we did receive a third one when we went to... More

In high-priced New England, this motel is a good deal in providing a clean, amply furnished (although dated) room in an unrivalled convenient location in the Five Colleges area. Too bad that the franchisees let the public areas deteriorate to Bates Motel standards. Entry is certainly convenient, as it has no lock security at night - and is simply beat... More

I was in Room 103. At 1:30 a.m. I got hungry so went looking for vending machines, taking my room key with me and some quarters but no cell phone. When I returned to my room, the room key did not work: it had become deprogrammed. I thought, no problem, I'll just go to the front desk and ask for... More
