While the entrance is a bit far off the roadway and tough to locate at night, the property is among the best Hampton I've been to, and that's probably over 30. Particularly nice workout area and dining area.

The room was perfectly clean, very quiet, and even the arrangement of the furniture and mirrors (quite important) made sense and were comfortable. Everything worked. There are rails to hold in the shower, the wifi worked, the extra towels for the jacuzzi were soft. I felt well cared for.

Northampton, Hadley and Amherst should all be one. I don't know where one started or the other one ended. Smith College is where we were visiting and this is the hotel we stayed at. We have always had a great experience with Hampton Inns. It is a bonus that a free breakfast is always offered. This hotel was clean and convenient to my son's college. I would look forward to the opportunity to staying here again.

I stayed here for a conference at UMass in October 2012. I found the property to be clean, comfortable, and modern. The price was moderate, too. It was a very quick drive from the hotel to the campus.

We stayed here for one night while visiting UMass for Accepted students day. It was our first stay at a Hampton Inn. The room was clean and nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Check In & Check out was easy. With a AAA discount we paid approx $117 for the room before taxes. Would definitely stay here again.
