I found the whole experience great. The owners and staff were so friendly and imformative. The whole house was crisp and clean. The Living Rm./Dining Room was a great place to chit chat w/ other guest or staff. The views are spectacular especially from the front porch. I would recommend it to anyone. Just a lovley experienc. more

We stayed here to go whale watching in Gloucester but there isn't much else to do. So stay in Rockport. But if you do want to stay in Gloucester, this is excellent. The rooms are authentic New England and most have an excellent view of the harbour. The breakfast is good and the owner is friendly when he's around. The... more

Rooms are comfortable but the welcome is slightly subdued. You get the feeling the owners are new to the business because of their lack of rapport with the guests but, in fact, they have been there for along time so perhaps they are bored.
