My husband, myself, and my 12 year old brother stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it. We were in town for me to run a race (mudrun) and to visit the beach. It was the cheapest place on Cape Ann, and all we had to do was bring a tent! (We brought two actually and had enough space for... More

The location is the biggest selling point of this campground. Being this close to Wingaersheek Beach was awesome. One of the best beaches around, we loved the beach. The campground was very rustic. We had a small site for our 30ft trailer, so we had little space. That was ok, since we were hardly ever at the campground. The campsite... More

We stayed at Cape Ann Campsite for nine days (though we initially reserved for ten) and I haven't ever been so happy to leave a camp ground. The staff was ok, though they pretty much only greet their regulars and therefore can't care less for people passing through. The showers and bathrooms are very old and aren't pleasant to use... The campsite could be nice but its much to old The general store/ registration is in a garage; your groceries are just beside golf carts; Outside you have 3 broken phone booth and two large garbage bins. And all man that kept farting is there all day and opens you garbage to recycle what needs to be... At least they... More

nice place, in the wood, so shady,. Some very quiete places if you like (9we were at the 132, dead end, close from one of washroom facilities, a lot of space). Family style (no party there). Possibility to have electricity and water, or not. Picnic table and beautiful fire pit at each place. Ice cubes and block, wood, some supplies,... More

We had a great time at Cape Ann Camp ground. Very reasonably priced, nice sites, and staff was very friendly. Close to the village too. We'll be back!! Not far from fishing, shopping or site seeing. Camp ground has all the accommodations you will need.

Cape Ann Camp Site is the perfect (and the only) campground on Cape Ann. The owners are helpful and friendly and know the area from top to bottom. It's a 1.5 walk to Wingaersheek and a short drive to Good Harbor and Long Beach. This is a clean no-frills campground; no activities, no fluff, just a nice quiet and clean... More

Camp sites were woodsy and rustic and beautiful. The bathrooms were old and not real clean. The coin box for the shower was really rough to operate and didn't always work. Hosts were very friendly and offered local tips on places to eat. If you are a tent camper go for the location and keep your expectations for the amenities... More

My husband and 3 young kids camped over Memorial Day weekend here. The camp site we had was 172E for us was just perfect! Eileen (I'm not sure...but I think she's the owner along with her husband, Bob) was welcoming and helpful! Positives... The Campground itself is in a great place. The site we picked was just perfect. The bathrooms... More

Staff we're rely nice on arrival. As it is getting to the end of season it was quiet so we could drive around with a map and pick our own site which was nice. Some really nice unpowered sites,in the trees which make it quite private. Coin operated shower for 25c/5min. Was plenty and water was hot with good pressure.... More
