Hotel was clean, nice staff, very helpful, quick response times to requests... Beds a little firm for my taste. Good breakfast options. Would be great if had a list of the cable channels available, tho

I stayed here one night before a business meeting and I had a great stay. Rooms were clean. Common areas were well-kept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, I was given nothing whatsoever to complain about, and that's a very good thing.

Not at the top of the food chain. Stayed here during the storm. The only real negative point was a strange odor in one of the corridors we had to pass through to get to my room. Some debris and cigarette butts in some halways and stairwell. Seems like there is a mixed bag of tenants in this hotel. Outside... More

I chose this hotel because it was available for the period I needed to be in town - 9 days - , the rate was in the budget but mostly because it is close to a very good customer's offices. The hotel has a couple of sections, one is the Executive section, where my room is located. The room is... More

I generally stay at Hilton properties (Hampton Inn) but it was booked solid..as were many of the other hotels in the area. Ironically the Best Western had rooms and appeared to be somewhat 'empty'. The parking lot is spacious so maybe it gave that impression. When I drove up to the property, the front lobby suggested the building was previously... More

The location is great if you're looking to shop in Natick, or catch a train in Riverside to hit the city. The daytime front desk staff was awesome, but past that, they are lacking. All in all aside from one or two little details (that I'll mention in the next section), the stay was fine. For the price, I think... More

Stayed there on Aug 14, 15 with family for college tours in Boston/Cambridge. The best price/value in that area. Boston's hotels are very expensive, this hotel makes an ideal place to stay. We drove to cambridge for 2 days. The traffic were not too bad, you can driv via freeway, local high way or take the train. The guest room... More

I was in Boston for a weekend class by myself. I needed something not to far away from the school. The pool was refreshing, continental breakfast was perfect for my early morning checkout. The room was clean, bed was comfortable-lots of pillows and I felt overall safe. It is walking distance from lots of stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly.... More

Older property, clean, except for a strange stain on carpet, wear slippers in room. Wonderful breakfast in am. Pool and sauna but not hot rub. Nice size pool, attractive. Good place to stay to go in to Boston. I paid124 total for 4here would have been 300-400 in boaton

Although this hotel is not far from the highway, it was a bit of a challenge to find. The person who assisted us at check in was very pleasant and helpful. The room and bathroom were large and clean with the typical amenities. There were many places around the hotel to get dinner but not as many for breakfast. This hotel... More
