This was a clean Red Roof in a good location for restaurants and shopping. There was in-room coffee and the beds were super comfortable.

Satisfies basic needs: clean, friendly service, comfortable bed, fair pricing. And just minutes from Boston. Will return again.

A very good find. I could not ask for a better hotel. The price was good and the quality of room and service as good as some of the more expensive hotels. I walked into a nice air conditioned room, fresh smelling (not like the stuffy smell you get in some rooms that aren't cleaned properly). Very bright and airy,... More

I've just spent the past 4 nights here. I wanted a base close to Boston for touring around without having to pay the silly Boston prices For this being one of the cheapest options of hotel in the area it had evrything you could need for a relaxing stay great location - spotless room - comfortable clean bed - hot... I stayed one night, and found the hotel to be completely satisfactory. The room was clean, and they even had the A/C unit turned on before my arrival. With many hotels, you walk into a stuffy room, the is either too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer. Walking into a comfortable temperature room is a great... More

Clean, comfortable and good value. Needed a place for an overnight stay on my way to a Red Sox game and this fit the bill. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Nice location with places to eat close by. A great little place for breakfast, Eggcetera, is worth a visit just across... More

I recently had to move on short notice and am between two interim situations a rooming/ conference center and Red Roof in Framingham, MA. I have stayed at various hotels in the past year--- but I wished I had stayed at the Red Roof. The front desk staff(hope I get all these names correct-sorry for anyone I forget) Rebecca, Karina, Karla,... They made my stays feel like home! Rebecca, Blandina, Karla, Alexia, Josh, Karina, Patti all excellent. And Roy is the best maintenance manager I've ever seen at a hotel/motel. Dan, the manager, remains intelligent, unflappable and very kind. Also the best manager I've come across. Always a very clean, comfortable, safe place. And the location cannot be beat. Walking distance... More

Came in late and was given a room. It was basic and clean with the essentials at the ready. Still the sheets seemed a bit old and worn, the bed a bit too bouncy (like it was way past its prime). I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again unless it were the only choice.

Everthing at this hotel was ok. I was mostly attracted to the price. The rooms were good, just the basics and clean. The staff is a bit dry and unresponsive to my requests but other than that it was an overall decent place to stay. I would stay again.
