Went here for a wedding and stayed overnight. I thought the price was very expensive over two hundred dollars a night for a hotel that needs some improvements. Yes the location is convenient on the Cape in Falmouth but that is about it. Upon arrival toward our room entering the building there were ants inside the doorway and they were... more

My teenage daughter and I had a very pleasant two-night stay at the Holiday Inn Falmouth--we were on a two-day mini-vacation closing out her freshman year in college, and planned a day trip to Martha's Vineyard. The Holiday Inn is a great value compared to other options in the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful, offering personalized service. The... more

We've stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions when travelling to / from the Vineyard. The rooms are relatively basic in decor but clean and quiet - ideal for the purpose. The rates can be high in the summer months but the service and quality has been consistent, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. more

This hotel was a bit different to others of this group I have stayed in, in that it was based more on a motel style of accommodation. The first thing that struck me was when I checked in was the staff. They seemed more in keeping with a family run hotel rather than a chain. They were welcoming and helpful... more

We stayed here May 2009. The room was very comfortable, beds were great and the staff was helpful and friendly. There is no elevator, but when we requested help with our luggage, the front desk rustled up some friendly kitchen help and they were johnny on the spot. The same was true when we left. Nice little bar in the... more

One of the best Holiday Inn I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and always put on a smile. It was raining all day, I thought that it must be bad day in Cape cod over the long weekend holiday. We end up watching TV and dining in the nearby main street (lots of choices). I like... more

I went here for a weekend away with my family. While it was off season, and not much to do in the area, the staff provided great directions and suggestions of what to do and where to go. I had a spacious and very clean room, and the meals that I had here were top notch. I would go back... more

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days having just returned. The friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff could not be faulted in any way. They went out of their way to assist us at every step of the way. The restaurant could do with a little refurbishment. The restaurant is what it says - a Steak House and... more

We were in town for a lovely Cape Wedding. The room was well set up, well maintained, clean and well stocked. The mattress was fine. The pillows were perfect for all three of us. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice. Not to fancy, not to fast foody. Good decent food at an affordable price. Wait staff attentive. Lobby... more

I decided to write a review because we had a wonderful experience, and there were two less favorable reviews recently posted. We stayed for one night over Labor Day weekend, and were grateful that the hotel permitted booking just a one night stay. It was completely booked, but from check in to check out, the staff was very courteous and... more
