A hot mess...they only have two or three irons for the ENTIRE hotel...WTH! So, we had to wait an 30mins...then once we received the iron it came with a mini ironing board...I didn't know that I was staying in a dorm?!?!?! The pool was closed...It was AUGUST!

I'm a frequent traveler to Martha's Vineyard and so use hotels in Falmouth or Woods Hole a couple times a year if there are ferry troubles or if I drive up late for the first morning ferry. Good location, but otherwise not very good. Not well maintained, or clean. Large old motel style place, with lots of rooms. Falmouth is full of tourists in the summer who cannot find any other place to stay. Otherwise this place would be out of business by now.

We were there in off season and found the Inn fulfilled our needs. The reception staff were pleasant, the room was spacious for the 4 of us, and the location was ideal. We would stay there again.

for $230 a night, 2 night minimum, this Falmouth motel had the location we wanted, near the harbor, but was so awful we checked out after our first night, willing to forfeit the second night's commitment. We stayed in the summer, so all our activities were away from the hotel. So, to have a place to sleep, the beds are comfortable and the the rooms are clean. The rooms are old and show their wear. The positive things are few.The room was clean. The property is within walking distance of some restaurants and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. The property is stuck in a time warp and in need of a makeover.The 80s vintage TV lacked a remote. The bed by definition was a bed. It would have been nice to have a fitted sheet.... More

It's a lot like every other old motel on the cape. It was clean and conveniently located, there just wasn't anything nice about it.
