Our family traveled to Cape Cod in order to run in the Cape Cod Marathon. We were disappointed in the room. It was really outdated with very cheap furnishings. The bathroom needed to be brought up to date also. The kids liked the indoor pool. Breakfast consisted of mini muffins and ceral, juice and coffee. We did like the location.... more

I traveled to Hyannis and Falmouth on business and stayed at the Falmouth Inn for a week. I rate this hotel as one of the best values I have ever stayed in. The room was great - they told me it was at one time a Holiday Inn. My bed felt brand new. There were 4 HBO's to watch at... more

We had booked here awhile back and I was nervous reading these other reviews. I guess my expectations were so low that I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, this is a low-end hotel, but it is not the horror story some of these reviews make it out to be. The rooms we stayed in were clean, they didn't smell at all,... more

Location to Island Ferry was great. Beds need replacing - rooms need updates - motel has overall dingy appearance. Front desk daytime girl was friendly and polite - other staff so-so. Registered as 3 guests - each day got two towels - had to go to desk to get another. Surprised that pool appeared clean - slightly cool. Sauna full... more

We are not terribly picky about hotels when sightseeing, a bed and safe is usually enough. This was the worst place ever. Outside door from parking lot near our room did not lock so anyone could come in without front desk being aware. Mattress was cheap with hard springs. Tub drainplug was broken so used a washcloth to block drain... more

Oh my. Where to start? The moldy, musty smell hits you in the face as soon as you walk in the door. The hallway lighting seems to have been upgraded since 2008 (I've stayed here twice, only because of the low price and because we were going to be in Falmouth for a number of days) so it's no longer... more

The place is VERY basic. No hairdryer in bathroom, very few channels on TV. Dingy and not exactly too clean. more

We rented two rooms for the cape cod marathon as it was the featured sponsor. Big mistake. The overwhelming smell of smoke in the room (a non-smoking room!) and in the hallways took my breath away. The room was disgusting and obviously hadn't been cleaned properly - moldy grout and hairs in the bathroom. When we contacted the front desk... more

Although the hotel is old our rooms were clean and we found the location to be very convenient for us. Walk to ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Walk to town of Falmouth which is delightful. more

Where to begin or to say what hasn't already been said. The dirtiest place ever. Bed linens haven't been replaced since 1976, filthy carpets, bathroom covered in hair, mold & mildew. We should have just stayed in our car, we would have been less worried about contracting lice, scabies or some other horrible communicable illness/rash. The whole place smells like... more
