I stayed at the Beachside for a week and found it was a perfect location. Falmouth is a wonderful town. Everything you need is right there! Woods hole and the boats to Martha's Vineyard are super close by! It's a great way to spend a week and the Ocean is just across the street!

Let me tell you the facts first: Number 1- The Beachside Village is not located on a beach. It is located across a busy street from a beach, and a very nice beach, protected by an impressive stone jetty, and serviced by a seasonal café and his/hers bathrooms. It was closed during our pre-season visit in May so I cannot... More

Thank you so much for writing a lovely review of our Property. It is a nice time to stay here in early May as you said, without the crowds. We are pleased that you found everything you needed here. Please be assured that we are ordering new couches for many of the rooms that had the older model couches so... More

We stayed at Beachside Village May 15th to the 18th 2015. The room was clean and well maintained. I would recommend staying here. The view of Martha's Vineyard is lovely. This being our third trip to the Cape, finding Falmouth was a lovely surprise. The hotel is a five dollar cab ride from downtown. But is also a world away... More

We stayed in Unit 12. It's a stand alone bungalow, although it does not have a view, it was nice to be self contained with our own little sitting area outside. The unit was small, but had everything we needed. There was a good laundromat not too faraway off the Main Street at the harbour . They charged $10 for... More

We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay here at the Resort. You are right, the bike path is a very close option for an activity to do and we are glad you had fun with that. We hope you come back again some day for another stay! Thanks! More

The room we had wasn't directly in front of the ocean, but we could see it from our balcony and window. The resort didn't feel resortish at all, which made it great! It was very quaint, perfect location for sunset views, adirondack chairs to enjoy on the patio. Very close to the little downtown area and shops, but far enough... More

This was our first time on the east coast - always wanted to visit the Cape Cod area. We were not disappointed. We had read several old reviews regarding this resort but we found this resort perfect for several reasons. It's close to the beach - right across the street and close to other areas such as Woods Hole and... More

This was our first time staying at the Beachside Village Resort in Falmouth and our experience was wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect and the accommodations are awesome. We stayed in a one bedroom unit that was comfortable for 4 people - the unit has two full baths. The unit is decorated perfectly and the beds are extremely comfortable. Check... More

We stayed here in august for the falmouth road race. The location of it is fantastic. It was great having the beach right across the street. It was also about a mile walk to downtown falmouth. In addition, it was on the bike trail. It was nice to have a small kitchen, so we didn't have to rush out for... More

We use to come here every year due to the beach front location and convenience. My experience this past weekend was terrible enough for me to reconsider. There are many great places to stay in cape cod and I caution you to stay at this place. Safety: i tried to open one of the windows so to get some fresh... More

Thank you for your feedback Tom. To address your concern regarding the safety of the units, we do our very best to make sure all of the units are very secure. We have tilt-sash windows. These windows have the ability to (once unlocked) tilt open in order to clean the glass on both sides. Our housekeeping staff cleans the windows... More

We went the end of September when most of the crowds have left Cape. This resort is across the street from the beach. Our first floor unit oceanfront unit with views of Martha's Vineyard is breathtaking. We had a 1 bedroom unit that sleep 4 comfortabley. It also has a 3 season porch for those great evenings of ocean breeze... More
