We use to come here every year due to the beach front location and convenience. My experience this past weekend was terrible enough for me to reconsider. There are many great places to stay in cape cod and I caution you to stay at this place. Safety: i tried to open one of the windows so to get some fresh... More

Thank you for your feedback Tom. To address your concern regarding the safety of the units, we do our very best to make sure all of the units are very secure. We have tilt-sash windows. These windows have the ability to (once unlocked) tilt open in order to clean the glass on both sides. Our housekeeping staff cleans the windows... More

We went the end of September when most of the crowds have left Cape. This resort is across the street from the beach. Our first floor unit oceanfront unit with views of Martha's Vineyard is breathtaking. We had a 1 bedroom unit that sleep 4 comfortabley. It also has a 3 season porch for those great evenings of ocean breeze... More

Took advantage of a bonus week through Diamond. One bedroom unit was very spacious. My complaint would be there is a huge sink and very little counter space when the coffee maker is being used and the toaster is in use. We balanced things on stove top. A cover for the sink would be perfect. Small problem though. You could... More

We have a timesharing at Beachside Village. We go there every year during the week of 4th of July when were living in Boston area. It was a family tradition. Now, we move to the West Coast, I really miss Cape Cod, and that little condo oversees Marsha's Vineyard...We will be going back there next Summer. My kids cannot wait... More

My Mom & I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The resort is directly across the street from the beach and most balconies have an ocean view. The front desk agent was very friendly throughout our whole stay always helping us with local recommendations and activities to do. It's evident the rooms have recently been renovated and best of all,... More

I absolutely loved this traditional Cape Cod style resort. It has a great location, beautiful view and lots of land/space to really take in the Cape. The staff was pleasant, checking in was a charm and our room was adorable. There are several buildings, we had a top-floor oceanfront unit and it was just perfect. It has a tv, full... More

My husband and I and our young daughter stayed at the Beachside Village in July, 2012. What a wonderful place!!! We loved it. The location was absolutely perfect. We had an second floor unit with a balcony looked right at the ocean. We were able to walk the stroller to the main street and shop and eat. The decor was... More

We stay at Beachside every summer and LOVE it! Directly across the street from the beach, a short stroll to town, the place is well kept, lovely units, great pool, and nice people. The fact that there are only 28 units on the property adds to to quaint feel of the place. Even in the height of the summer season... More

We stayed at Beachside the first week of May 2012. The week before our vacation, I experienced a temporary medical problem which meant I could barely climb stairs and needed a cane just to get around. This is the very first time I have had a medical situation, and since it was so close to vacation time we couldn't cancel... More

Love Beachside. We own a one bedroom first floor ocean front unit the end of September. It has a 3 season porch and a patio too. The cape is quieter in September but all the restaurants, shops and golf courses are still open. The management was not putting money into it for awhile but now they are and they are... More
