This is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. Attention to every detail is taken by Liz and her staff. They were so friendly. Each day we were greeted with a warm smile, conversation and an amazing breakfast. The views were awesome and the cleanliness spot on. We can't wait to go back again. Love this place, a true gem on the... More

My college roommates took me to Bailey's to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was terrific! The front 4 season porch, looking out at the ocean is amazing - comfortable chairs and tables to hang out, have breakfast, read, have a margarita :). Liz was so helpful with ideas for things to do and places to eat. It was nice... More

It was always great to be back at Cape Cod and Bailey's By The Sea. This charming B & B is our favorite place to stay at the Cape and this Memorial Day weekend was no exception. Liz and Jerry the innkeepers are gracious hosts- warm and welcoming. Our room was Travers City, very pretty with a beautiful view of... More

Room: Houghton, 2nd floor, 3 nights Everything a B & B should be. As we approached the inn, the setting hints of the good to come. We were a bit early, yet warmly welcomed & oriented by Jerry. The first floor has a somewhat formal living room that reflect the owners' interest & fine taste. As inviting as that room... More

First we never wanted to leave this place, but with 3 kids back at home we had too. Liz was awesome from the begining when I had first called her to reserve a room for my wifes 40th. They made you feel right at home and anything you needed from driving directions or what hot spots to hit at the... More

We stayed at this lovely B&B, which is right across the street from the ocean, in August 2013. It was our first trip to Cape Cod. Liz gave us fabulous suggestions for places we should see and took the time to give us driving directions nearly every morning. I am a picky eater, and she made sure that I would... More

The comfort of our guests is number one for us. Although Baileys has central air conditioning, we have found that it's very difficult to find the perfect climate for everyone. Hence, we do have several window AC units that we can pop into any of the rooms - without obstructing the views, of course! More

This was my second stay at Bailey's. After my first stay with my son several years ago, I had to bring my husband back when we had the chance to visit Cape Cod again. Everything was wonderful. It has everything important for comfort - location, food, cleanliness, quiet rooms. Best breakfast, best hosts. We had a room with a huge... More

This was the best breakfast ever. Liz effortlessly cooks up a different dish every day, serves it with homemade bread, and sweet bread, and a fruit starter. You are welcome to fruit juice, coffee tea, etc. The view of the ocean makes you want to linger, but as we had only a few days to explore the Cape, we had... More

Breakfast is the best part of the day for me. Breakfast at a B&B should be interesting, a bit unusual & definitely not something you would have at home everyday! That's my take on it & I'm glad you enjoyed it! It is tough not to linger with those views. It was a pleasure meeting both! More

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of October, our only problem was not being able to stay longer, from the moment we arrived we felt at home. Our room Houghton had a superb sea view over to Martha's Vineyard, extremely comfortable bed and beautiful furnishings. Everything was spotlessly clean including the bathroom which also contained spa quality... More

We do try to think of everything to make our guests feel at home & comfortable. It's fun for me to anticipate needs & keep everything fresh & new. Serving breakfast on that porch with those views never get old! We're so glad you enjoyed everything that we do! More

My husband and I recently visited Falmouth so I could share with him all my memories from my time spent on the Cape when I was a teenager-- over 40 years ago. This was a very special homecoming as my summers spent on the Cape were some of the happiest of my childhood. Liz and Jerry couldn't have been more... More
