It's been several years since I last stayed at the Village Green Inn. When I stayed there I enjoyed the wonderful location right on the town green that opens up to the restaurants and shops in beautiful downtown Falmouth. The Inn Keeper was very nice. The room seemed a litte out-dated, but it was generally fine. It's expensive, but then... More

The location is really great, but the accommodations were a little tired, and the service a little bit unpredictable/off. Fine in a pinch as it offers very easy access to town and a short drive to the beach & ferries, but I'm not likely to visit again.

This B and B looks nice from the outside but inside it is tired and smells like an old house. The room we had was spacious but hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We received no daily services such as clean towels, emptying of the waste basket, making of the bed, etc. The breakfast the first day was a... More

We stayed in a larger room on the second floor and found the decor very worn, the room large but really not very upscale. The bed was comfortable, however the bathroom was low-end (sliding glass doors on the tub!) and the TV was a very small flat screen on the wall with cords just handing down and running around -... Service was great, double baked blueberry french toast was an outstanding breakfast. The main house could use some updating but the service & breakfast put that out of your mind. Great location on the corner of the town green in Falmouth, less that 1 mile to beach. Easy walk to shops & restaurants, ample parking.

I stayed here solo while on the Cape for a wedding. Jean, one of the innkeepers, was extremely nice and helpful. The inn is right down the street from the village of Falmouth and an easy walk/run to the beach. My room was tastefully decorated (nice antiques, no crazy knickknacks) and the bed was really comfortable, something I have a... More

Good location overlooking village green. Good parking. Convenient to walk to restaurants. Good location too to catch bus to Martha's Vineyard. Lovely homemade breakfast. Decor was a bit tired though but very clean throughout.

We spent a very enjoyable week at this guest house very conveniently located overlooking the village green in the lovely town of Falmouth, Cape Cod. Our room was charming and comfortable, as were the lounge and eating areas, and the breakfasts were excellent. Jean, the owner, was very friendly and helpful in suggesting local attractions and walks and we couldn't... More

This was a great place to stay for the weeknd. We stayed for two days, one night in late September (2009). Saw pictures and read a few reviews online and had high expectations - which were absolutely met when we arrived. The inn keeper was pleasant, professional and very accomodating. The breakfast was delicious (and plenitful!) Our room, Dimick, was... More

For the past two years our daughter has been a member of the College Light Opera Company in Falmouth during the summer months. On various weekends my husband and I drove from New York to see several shows. Fortunately, while looking for a reasonably priced B & B, I found The Village Green Inn. Jean who runs the Inn, certainly... More
