This was a first time camping experience with my wife. Easy online inquiry and booking. Nice people at the office to hep set us up. The lot was nice and a quick set up and we were off. It's right on the Shining Sea bike path and easy access to Falmouth and Woods Hole. Easy to get to the bathrooms... More

My family and I booked this sort of last minute and certainly learned that lesson the hard way. The camp itself isn't bad but the guests made our stay worse. This is basically more of a trailer park than a campground. Most of the sites in this campground are permanent rv's and because they spend so much time here apparently... More

We visited Sippewissett during the last weekend of August. We camped there for two nights and three days. The campground is a nice family place. Almost all the tent sites were full. Many RVs were also camping. We were 4 adults and our campground was big enough for two tents and two cars. Our campsite had water line and electric... More

I chose to stay here for a weekend trip with some friends we were attending a 60's revisited festival at the Cape Cod Fairgrounds I have to say how impressed I was with this campground the staff was very friendly and always willing to help with any suggestions we might have had. What most impressed me was the cleanliness of... More

I thought this campground was perfect for us, there were three of us and the campground could have entertained my other children if they had come, clean bathrooms, small but very clean! everyone is very friendly, we didn't feel out of place, woods hole is car drive about ten minutes, but their is no parking, so we took our bikes... Located by a beautiful and safe bike trail, as we were driving from Canada we've decided to rent the bikes from the camping, they had lots of size bikes. Bathroom facilities were clean, store had everything we needed. Even had Wi-Fi which was a bonus.

Located on a beautiful 12 mile bike path for biking, walking, roller blading. Bike rentals available. Separate area for tents from large campers which are mostly seasonals so they don't move in and out.(Can't even see them). Campfires on every site. Near beach and close to ferry to Martha's Vineyard with free shuttles to both. Welcoming/helpful/knowledgeable staff; a real family... More

Pros: Friendly staff, on bike path Free shuttle (runs once a day on schedule) to the ferry and a couple of beaches Reasonably clean bathrooms and showers Convenient location to beach, ferry and town center Cons: Tiny tent sites (just enough room for one car and one tent), right next to each other Some sites are very close to Sippwissett... My wife and I had the pleasure to pick Sippewissett Campground by random chance whilst looking for a quiet spot along the southern Cape. Luck was definitely on our side because we couldn't be happier with our choice! Everyone (including the other seasonal campers) welcomed us with our eleven week-old baby. We were worried that our little girl would bother... More
