The place just horrible. The only reason I got there - needed some place to stay for one night. All other places where sold out and I did not have time to drive to Hyannis. Rooms are old and falling apart. There are no chairs in the room. They did not bother even to put a garbage can. They still... More

...the stay was not so bad after all. We arrived late in the evening after finding no vacancy at many hotels/motels/inns here in the Falmouth area. It was on a Saturday, therefore. We had the last room available, nr 3, which has 2 beds and we managed to squeeze ourselves, 5 persons, in. The room smells, so we decided to... More

Dirty rooms and everything is really old. I definitely wouldnt stay again. AC didn't work and walls were covered in filth. I dont usually complain but this wasn't okay.Pay a little more and go somewhere else.

We didn't even get a chance to stay at this property... they called us within 48 hours of our arrival and told us that "their pipes busted" and they didn't have a room for us... no apology, no attempt to find us another room or hotel to stay at, no professionalism, no customer service... NOT a satisfying experience with this... More

While I hadn't read the reviews prior to my booking my reservation I was having reservations going down after reading them. The rooms although small are clean, NO FLEAS, NO MOLD, new carpets and mattresses (old ones still out by dumpster). Property was well kept and clean. We stayed 4 nights and it was deadly quiet every night. Wasn't even... More

This place was disgusting and scary. We expected the rooms to not be the best considering the price, but we did not expect there to be FLEAS in the room! Yes...FLEAS!.....And spiders. We noticed the fleas around midnight and called the front desk, but no one answered and we knew it was a bit late to go searching for another... More

We just came back from Nantucket and were looking for a place to stay and somewhere to get dinner. A couple of hotels had no rooms so we continued driving down Rt 28 in Falmouth. Came across Great Bay Motel and my husband went to check for vacancies. They had an opening for $93 a night, we thought this was... More

Good value. Location wasn't that far from the center of town. The rooms, while a bit small, were quiet.

I am a local and am often asked to make local hotel reservations or recommendations for visitors, family and friends. Because others might find the opinions of a local helpful, I thought I would enter them on this web site. I warm folks away from this property, inless they can't find a room anywhere else in town. In terms of... More
