The Capewind is such a unique place. Unlike a typical hotel, its grounds are set back from the road and away from the hustle and bustle of other commercial buildings and automobile traffic. It's an open and comfortable area. There are picnic tables, outdoor grills and paddleboats for guest use. The grounds are bordered in part by a wooded area... more

the grounds are nice. we stayed in room 18 and my friend stayed in room 16. lets put it this way. room 16 stunk like old cigarettes and a musty smell, and my room looks like it was a pet room! and the hotel manager rachael (i think thats her name) said there were no pets in that room. it... more

We stayed at the capewind as part of our New york - Boston roadtrip & what a great choice it was, we thought we would enjoy our stay as all the reviews were so good and once you arrive you realise why guests love it so much, the Capewind is close to Falmouth village but far enough away in a... more

All the positive reviews on Trip Advisor brought us to the CapeWind and our wonderful experience there will bring us back in the future. I can't say enough about the hospitality and fantastic customer service that Rachel and all the staff showed us. The room was homey, comfortable & clean, we could stretch out and relax, the amenities on the... more

We booked our stay at the Cape Winds based on the reviews here, and were not disappointed. I have to say that while the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the microwave and minifridge a real plus, what really sets the Cape Winds apart is the staff. Everyone we met truly cared about us and our stay. To top... more

We stumbled upon this resort in July 2009 and were so glad we did. It was exactly what we were looking for, the resort is great! The staff is friendly and accommodating, they gave us directions, dinner, shopping and activity suggestions daily during our stay. We were also pleased to find that they had a large dock so when we... more

We spent 5 days at the Cape Wind in early July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The manager, Rachel, was the most pleasant and helpful person you could ask for. She was honestly concerned about every aspect of our visit. This is an older motel that has been extensively renovated. It is very clean and has new quality beds, TV's,... more

We stayed here for a weekend for a wedding and they put the entire party in our own wing - very convenient. Rooms were decorated very nicely and more importantly - CLEAN! A lot of times, these smaller properties lack cleanliness. I was surprised to find quality bathroom amenities and New England Coffee. The room was very food sized with... more
